Well, this new version seems okay, but it will take time getting used to. Is there a 'recent topics' type button anymore? I can't find it. I rely on that thing!

What I've noticed from the configurations of our profiles is that option of blocking members, I wonder if I can block Dashe and fAB and post whatever I want breaking the forum rules and not reading their complains... probably not but if so, I could get real crazy and post "XP" on the mumbo jumbo thread. bwahahahaha! We should probably test this. I wouldn't be surprised if nobody were allowed to block fAB since he's the owner of the board. He also can't be banned. The block function should probably be tested on all ranks of staff to see exactly how it works and what gets blocked. This could get ugly if we ever wind up in a hypothetical situation where the entire staff blocks each other, too.

I found the recent threads and recent posts buttons but man do they suck. I don't see anything 'recent' at all in recent threads and recent posts just seems like it will confuse me. The participate button is better but it doesn't show new threads

Really? I thought they sucked too at first, when they showed weird posts of people that looked completely blank, but after those got moved out of the top, they started coming in handy; almost as if Proboards hadn't changed at all. Also; I found your post with that button, so it holds some value.

Maybe I'm just not using it right, I don't know I'll get used to it. Any chance the Legends-Station site map can come back? It's incredibly useful to me.

Well, it is still there on the bottom of the main page in the Threads and Posts category.

The "Mark Forum as Read" button would be nice to have back though. How about it, Admins? It's already there, at the bottom of the main page. It's on the left now, not the right, beside the latest posts/threads link. I'm right with you on the visual editor, and the round-ness. The visual editor is actually a friggin iframe of all things. I don't even. RAAAAGH. You guys know you can set the BBCode tab as the default, right? It was one of the first things I did. But the last three points (quickmap, Terraformer and EKP; all of which are part of terraformer, actually) will probably be sorted out soon enough. I can't imagine why Proboards V5 would prevent their use all together. It'll probably be easier to manage the hax in the long run. The HTML/CSS code looks a bit friendlier now. (I may be wrong, though. You'd have to ask @ Chiz.) The code does look less kludgy, and Proboards v5 actually has a plugin system now! A plugin system which is, drumroll please...just encrypted/obfuscated Javascript and CSS you need to edit/manage through a Proboards online file manager. So basically what I've done all along, but worse. Anyway, since the code has changed, Terraformer 1.x is basically dead. As I've said to a few people, I'll get started on writing Terraformer 2 from the ground up sometime in the next few days.

Huh. Am I the only person here who thinks that the v4 (Classic) theme of MMLS looks way better on Proboards v5 than the System theme does?

^ I certainly hope it does.
This thread took off like a rocket and I haven't had time to look closely at what all everyone's saying, but I have been pouring time into style tweaks. These changes are all going into V4 Classic style to start, and once I (we) are happy with it, I'll take them to the others as well. So yeah, if you want to keep current on how the new look is shaping up, you'll want to use V4 Classic for now.

bwahaha! I've finally get rid of Dashe! It is possible to block staff members except for fAB, it also hide your last post Dashe, try to see my profile, send me pm or follow me, but I doubt it will be of any use now... Well done proboards! The reign of anarchy begins! What a terrible upgrade. EDIT: it's also possible to block fAB and hide his posts, don't let him follow me and block notifications about him, however, it seems both fAB and Dashe can still start conversations with me, or send PMs, so notifications or warnings for breaking rules would still be permitted. I can rest now

Okay, I've skimmed the thread and... there's too much feedback that's either people needing to find where things are now, or things that have already been changed as I've worked on them. So, I'm not gonna respond to any of it, and just start fresh here instead.
Current Style Status: Certain changes have been made across all styles, specifically the important things like the banner, main navigation, and getting the Site Map up and running. The V2, V3, V5, and Main Gate styles all have varying degrees of work left to be done. V4 Classic style is the only one that is "finished" at present.
Everyone, if you can spare a few minutes, please check out the V4 style thoroughly and let me know your thoughts on it. What do you think of it itself, and as the template for the other styles to follow? Are there any important features that we're still missing (I had to add the PM and Website icons back beneath the avatar manually through code, for instance)? Any issues that I might not be seeing on my system (like the Times New Roman font that was present for most of today)?
Thanks.

fAB - Okay. I think I like the gradients on the member info tab on the left. The only thing that's weird is that the Station Master symbols don't show up well against it at all. It's like we don't have elysian symbols there. I'd suggest either changing the color for the symbols or reversing the gradient so the darker blue is on top. Your safest bet is changing the symbol color because reversing it runs the risk of washing out the male gender marker. The fonts all look okay except for the button font on everything but standard reply. That black sans serif font which I can't think of the name for on the Quick Reply, Quote, and Edit buttons looks a little too light. I'd go with something bolder. The BRIGHT!!! red background for the Reaverbot eye next to the search function looks really weird. I think it's giving me eye strain. I also think the round thread icons and the info folder at the bottom of the main forum page look bland compared with the (I think Proboards Standard) ones that are on v5. If you custom designed those and want to stick with custom elements, perhaps it'd be better to go with something that looks more Legends-styled. If you didn't, then I'd stick with the icons from v5. EDIT: Actually, those gradienty bars at the top of the posts and on the main page used to be red, and I'm pretty sure I like the way the red pops better. Having it all blue kind of washes them out.
As far as Striker's test goes, I'm currently not listed as following Striker on my account, but I am listed as following him on his (as I can see it), he's still listed as following me on mine, and I can still see his activity, which means I can still moderate him. He's not listed in my friends bank but he is listed as a person I may know, and when I try to follow him now it gives me a bland error message telling me I can't do that almost verbatim.
ACK! Those Reaverbot eyes in the envelopes are kind of creeping me out.
