This game keeps looking better every time it gets an update from what I've seen. Really enjoying seeing how a game all comes together.

I'm hoping they do a thorough Q & A testing before releasing the game. Since a lot of people have been watching since it inception, it would not do to release an anticipated game that's full of bugs..
I'm okay with waiting, so long as the final product runs smooth as silk.

Looks promising. I wonder what they did to differentiate from the Megaman series. Would we be looking at 8-9 bosses with a mastermind boss again? Perhaps something different? I may not even be a big fan of the game itself, but I'll be making a point to purchase a copy purely for support reasons. E: Okay, is it just me, or is anybody else unable to access the site right now? EE: Alright, false alarm. It's back up.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I finally got my hands on Beta version. Unlike selfish backers who didn't want to share (well except for this one who shared it but it was hard to find online) I want to share this with all people here ^^
Anyone who wants it, please PM me.

Didn't we already discuss that this is piracy? You go on a thread for people who are excited about/support the game, and proceed to try to provide a semi-closed beta with people. This is really no better than "spreading links around."

This is really no better than "spreading links around." At this point in time, the issue has been dealt with, so there's no need to further discuss OCG's piracy in public. Remain on topic please. I'm surprised nobody seems to have pointed out that the game got an official publisher and is currently slated for a physical release, and that's the reason it isn't out yet. Hope you like waiting! The details: Comcept still holds the IP rights to Mighty No. 9 Japanese voiceovers are apparently a thing now Additional subtitles in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese Ray DLC has been greenlit, money be damned, and all backers get it for free Game drops on September 15 in the US and September 18 elsewhere PS4, Xbone, and Wii U physical releases will cost approximately 30 USD

Brilliant. Waiting for this much hype is much more worth getting cracked down on by fucking Cokebots the feds.

I am glad that it is getting physical release and that Japanese voice acting will be included. Seriously, English voices are really generic and unimpressive except for Beck who surprisingly sounds good compared to Animated Series trailer where he sounded terrible. I hope that rest of the levels that are not from Beta will be designed better since I was not a big fan of the level designs from Beta. Dina leaving development is also a huge positive since people like her ruin gaming. I sadly feel that some damage have been already Anyways, I will end up buying Wii U version, PC version and Vita version.

Just like I said last September, the game keeps looking more and more worth it. I hope this is to Mega Man what Gunvolt was to Zero or Freedom Planet was to Sonic.

I haven't been keeping up with Mighty No. 9 news, but I like the features I read about so far. Today I saw on the Mega Man Network that Comcept has published a video showcasing the sounds and the Japanese voice acting: www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6QnWHf17voThe video got positive comments, but also a lot of negative ones... What's with all those people complaining about the graphics? What seems to be the problem? Just because it's not 2D graphics?

It really doesn't look bad at all. I don't know why so many people insist on complaining about it.

You've got three camps of people. Two of them are not cool with me, so let's cover the one that's legit.
1 - The Legitimate Gripers) The people that wanted a straight up Mega Man meets Mega Man X game. These aren't necessarily fans of X8/Powered Up/Maverick Hunter X where the look is off to them. Also, the level design or enemy layout is more like Gunvolt where you can normally attack first. This was like this in MMX, but with a slower game speed, it's more noticeable. It looks fun, but it's more of a score attack stylized-game. I'm fine with it. Others aren't.
2 - The Nutcases) This is the worst group of jerks as they don't like a community manager that wouldn't let the inmates run the asylum and still get angry about it even though said person's job finished two months ago.
3 - The Clover Fans) The second group are less of jerks than the first and are the ones that really don't like Inafune's attitude. These are the people that you will constantly retweet anything by Kamiya, a man that was fired by Inafune for making great-playing but very poor-selling games. Said people may or may not have bought most of his recent work which kind of makes a good many of them look silly anyway. Oh well.
Two more months until we find out if group #1's issues are legitimate or if the game's still good anyway!

The only real nitpick I have with the game is the way that enemies are killed. The fact that you have to dash through them to fully destroy them seems kinda tacked on. From what I've been told by folks that have tried the demo, it sorta disrupts the flow of gameplay. 2 - The Nutcases) This is the worst group of jerks as they don't like a community manager that wouldn't let the inmates run the asylum and still get angry about it even though said person's job finished two months ago. The community manager stuff is pretty legitimate from what I understand. It looks like she would just ban folks who didn't agree with her and turned a ton of people off from the game. It's like going to a restaurant with good food but bad service. As much as you like the product, you'd rather not go somewhere where you know that you'll be mistreated. Comcept did let her go after a while, but the damage had been done at that point.
