Raven, are you in grad school now? Or did you start working right after graduating high school or getting an associate's?

I'm actually kind of curious about that, too. I feel like I wasted the past three years of my life job hunting and failing, and I'm going back to school for a Master's degree in... something.
Just wondering if Raven is in a similar boat.

The guy who got me into Legends to begin with is definitely in a similar boat.

Raven, are you in grad school now? Or did you start working right after graduating high school or getting an associate's? I just got my associate's last winter, I've been in college since. I'm going for a bachelor's at the moment, still a ways to go before that. College is a monster if you're not prepared for it- workloads like the paper I did illustrate that point...:24:

@ Hanky Panky: What? Why is that now?

Because I'm not yet in my fourth year of college. I'm only 21 as it is. I have plans to go to grad school afterward, but you all are talking about being out of college already, and going back again.
I feel like a youngster.

Yeah, I'm 17 Panky Hanky . My teachers are being pretty lax right now, the seniors are leaving and we only have like 3 more weeks of school.

Speaking of lax, teachers in the Osaka branch are so much more easy-going than the ones in Tokyo.

I read an article on Smogon comparing the Kansai region and the Kanto region. Goldenrod City's apparently based on Osaka, and the entire region was said to be laid back to the point where most Japanese comedians are based in Osaka, and the ones from Kanto go to the trouble of acquiring a Kansai accent for their acts. There's a pretty solid chance it might not be just the professors. Capcom's based in Osaka too...no wonder so many of Kinako's blog posts seem irrelevant and goofy!

My professor shaved a full 5 pages off of our 15 page assignment today. Another one of my professors is going to let me turn in some old prose as an adequate substitute for a research paper. I can't wait to be done with this exchange program and go back home at the end of the semester. I crossed the Mason/Dixon line, and I just want to go back home....

You are quite lucky for the shave, Hanky- most professors stick to their guns when it comes to assignments. :11:
I've got wednesday off, so I'll spend tomorrow night finishing up my paper. For now, things are under control...
I know how you feel though, so many things to bear, and when the dust settles, you feel like a human being, again.
I'm considering going on vacation once the quarter ends, next week. It's pretty much a norm for me to do it around summer time.. :30:

I've been procrastinating all the day on some very important work. My work ethic has been shot all this year. ... Thank god that Community College exists, or else there's no way I'd be goin' to a University whatsoever after High School.

After a long period of time playing on my Game Boy Light under the sheets, it took me years to stop hearing the soundtrack of Pokemon GSC even when the game is off. But I'm cool with hearing it in my head all over again. And... you're not hinting something are you?
