Looking at the code you used, and clarifying for anyone still lost, that's just a broken image link. I actually can't even extract the image from Handlebar's post to find what he wanted us to see. He used outdated tags, and Discord's the original host, so even if the code was right, the image link is not viable. I'm not even sure it would work if it were plugged into Discord.

I was playing you with a joke broken image link.

I noticed he used a discord link. What I think he did, was posted an image referenced from a short-term chat. The chat supports the image for a little while or pings it or something. It isn't a permanent link (what is these days, anyway?), it lasts less than a day, and then it's broken link.

I know how forum code works and stuff. This is a non-serious thread btw, right?

I was at 11 for a while, because I feel significantly less guilty for filling this chat up with random banter, than I do doubleposting in the creative writing section.

You can actually merge new content into old posts and bump threads that way. Just make the second post, then copy the contents from the first post in there. Add a horizontal rule or something, and then add the second post's content and delete the first post once it's been posted. It'll both count as two posts in your post count, and also bump the thread so everyone sees the new content.

That's unique to this forum's ProBoards software only, I believe. I'll keep it in mind though.

So, post a 2nd one, copy with divider the first post into the top of my second, delete first post leaving only the copy fused with new post, and it still counts as two posts?

Yeah, deleting the first post doesn't remove a post count. It's usually the case with most free-hosting forums. Game-company forums tend to count and keep track of each post individually, but Proboards is one of the providers that doesn't.

Not that it's a selling point one way or another, but if I were to do a few posts in this Sub-Forum, would they count toward the thread count?
