Oh, yes he does, Gustaff. Those "sparkles" are him charging up his laser. Try killing him while standing on top of him. I'm only 13, but I know what I'm saying.

I can't really say I hate the Nino ruins...it just reminds me of Wet-dry World in Super Mario 64 too much for me to hate it. Even though it is VERY long...the only Legends level I really hate is Saul Kada...*shudders* In that stupid dungeon there are WAY too many enemies that inflict those status ailments upon your character...not to mention the lava... I hated those Vacuum reaverbots that came out of the floor.

I don't hate it that much, but I really don't like the Saul Kada ruins because of that stupid chicken Reaverbot that shoots missiles at you. You can't even get near it.

The Calinca ruins are worse, they've got a GIANT chicken missile Reaverbot!

So if you really can kill the reaverbot, would you start turning dark because Roll told you not to hurt it? At least I think that's what she said.

I don't think you would turn dark, after all, you are killing a reaverbot.

No, you don’t turn dark. I’m an expert at being evil on Nino Island seeing as I’ve shot down the flutter, thrown Johnny over the edge, shot down Johnny’s ship, destroyed the mini-cannons, and threw all those birdbots over the edge.
All it does is die… though I don’t remember any lasers. In fact, most enemies only attack either by exploding or colliding with you. Only the Bonnes and co. seem to use plasma weaponry, and lasers are photon based.
I thought Calinca was easy, though you just had to go and remind me of the chicken man and those Saul Kada vacuum reavers…

Elysium is somewhat worse. They have even more Vacuum reavers. Of course, running against the wall is a good strategy for the Vacuum reavers.

The Calinca ruins are worse, they've got a GIANT chicken missile Reaverbot! I always found that giant chicken missile Reaverbot in Calinca to be much easier than the smaller ones in Saul Kada, because you can just run around them and jump over the freezing Zakobans that pop up out of the ground. In Saul Kada, you have to worry about staying on the platform and not running into the lava, because that practically instantly drains your health to zero (at least it does for me since I've got a problem with staying on platforms), which means the next time anything hits you, you'll die. When I beat Bon Bonne in that room I didn't have a single unit of energy left all because of the lava.

actually, the first time i went in that room i only died because of the lava and me not having enough money for the resistor chip. I had little to no trouble with chicken reavers. i just upped both my attack and range first, then a little of everything else. BUT...
i got so fed up that i just hugged the walls.
BTW i just be the Bonne's train.

The train is fairly easy. Just beware of the plasma shots.

Yeah, the train was one of my favorite bosses… ‘cause I’m weird like that. The Plasma shots weren’t all that bad though. Every time you shoot the cannon it stops it from firing.
The Calinca Chicken was far easier… and I still hate Lava! Even the cold blue fire that you could get in Calinca wasn’t as bad (though how a fire can burn you alive and be cold is beyond me… blue flame is really hot to… darn you Bunsen Burner, you tricked me. Never put you hands in a hot flame, even if it is blue…). Of course, we all know Kalinca and Dr. Cossack are somehow behind all of this… well, at least I think so…
As for Vacuum reavers, they’re truly the most hated reaver of all time. They come out of nowhere, give you a big friendly hug and take out a good chunk of you HP, and then disappear. At least if you could kill them… well, it’d make me feel better.

There is a trick to them however. When you see the yellow beams, quickly jump or roll. And even if you do get caught, just keep hitting buttons so that the pain won't last as long.

I guess it just means Mega Man's got frostbite or something, but that still doesn't explain why it looks like fire. You'd think he'd get frozen if he touched something very cold...but no.

Another interesting tidbit. There are Jakkos in this game, which are located in Calinca and Calbania. You can also grab them. But the intersting part is, while holding one, jump and hold the X button. Intead of falling like normal, Megaman will glide because of the Jakkos' spinning wings. Interesting... Too bad there are no other grabbable flying enemies, it would be nice to see Megaman fly.
