It's probably all coming from the same initial source--a questionable business model that is crumbling at its foundation. I'll just go fix the post title. Now as long as they keep messing up we have a place to document it. Stuff like this makes me wish I had a few billion dollars floating around so I could cash in and force their hand on Mega Man. That'd be pretty awesome. I'd have my translator on the line with Inafune that very day hashing out a deal.

Man, even their shareholders are trying to give up on them. Kind of funny since it was trying to appease them instead of the fans that kind of led them to this point. Honestly, I wish they'd correct their stuff here because the only option I could think of that would be good would be Nintendo at the moment as Sony's still having some woes as a whole themselves.

Ah, okay then. Though I am aware that there has been plenty of controversy behind this move, I am left unclear if this will make any difference if their current business model remains unchanged (i.e. focusing on local Japanese demand and their arrangements for activities in China).

I really really hope this potential change leads to bigger and better things for all of Capcom's fanbases.. Only time will tell.. 0_0

If nobody buys them out and I come across a billion dollars, I'll go make things better for all of Capcom's fanbases. I may only like Mega Man Legends, but I also have at least two brain cells I can rub together to process what the fans of other games are asking for, which is two more than Capcom's current management's got.

Was this really a month ago? Man time escapes me. I hope that if they are acquired it is by a publisher that is unafraid of creative freedom and would give Legends a chance. Hopefully Inafune will be able to return to his franchise soon. I'm sure if Inafune delvers a smashing success with MN9 whichever publisher would beg for him to work for them, and after Megaman 11 or whatever he can convince them to take Legends 3 on.

Well I'm sure if they licensed it out to Comcept it wouldn't bother him. He'd probably demand full creative control before accepting.
