Oh you know, the same thing that happens to most. One or two people by themselves attempt to make a game and end up bailing since it becomes difficult to make on their own. Although this one did look ok, except for megaman's awkward look. The ruins looked great too

It was a very promising game, I believe they had some problems with the engine and they started from the beginning, but it's a thing we usually have to pass through when creating a game. And that wasn't Megaman, in fact it was a girl! But I don't remember her name right now. What I liked most was the lighting, the ruins looked incredibly creepy on the dark. Edit: The name of the main character is Lexi. Here's the thread if you haven't read it yet. mmls.proboards.com/thread/3842?page=1Its always cool to read what they had on mind, and what to expect if they continue development.

Ah.. That's very sad, just by watching the videos alone i could feel that the game evoked an amazing atmosphere. Oh well.

fabbytheteddy - I just spoke with JMC, and he informs me that the project is still ongoing and making progress on a semi-monthly basis. The problem is that he doesn't really have any desire to talk about the project, and I can sympathize - the open, public development model never really worked with his the projects I collaborated with him on, and was often more of an impediment and distraction from actual work (i.e., spending more time updating the community to maintain interest than spent updating the game). The closed, private approach leads to less pressure and less time away from doing what needs to be done. If you have any questions about things, you'd be better off seeking him out on the internet; he hasn't been on MMLS in about 8 months, but he hasn't completely isolated himself. As long as you didn't make some big affair of it, I don't see why he wouldn't reply to you if you found him.
