Hey guys. I just wanted to share my new Zakobon figure which I made from Sculpey Firm. This is my third Zakobon after two previous failures learning experiences. The best part about making my own figures is that I get to decide on the proportions, which usually make or break a figure for me. The feet are shorter than the usual Zakobon and there are some other minor differences as well. Next is adding some more details and cleaning up the rough places. (The picture was rotated, but it's fixed now if only my awful wireless would work long enough to post this.)

Good job, I could even make a round ball of clay in my 5th grade art class. Is that the type that you can glaze too?

Sculpey Firm (and every other Sculpey polymer clay) hardens in the oven. I guess if you wanted to varnish it, nothing bad would happen. The Zakobon looks pretty sweet, Cere! Now go bake that thing in the oven so you can sand down the surface if you haven't already!
