Buzz Lighyear of Star Command: A highly entertaining series. A great balance of sci-fi and comedy. Evil Emperor Zurg just steals the show with his personality and antics. You can definitely see this as a show that Andy and his toys watched to tie it to the Disney Pixar universe.

Batman Beyond epsidoe 1&2 I've always liked the concept behind batman, and really the drawback here is that American Myths weren't that appealing to me, until Terry McGinnis showed up: a batman with red wings, a smart-mouth, and a hovercar was just what i had been wanting.
I've recently begun to re-watch it online.

@a guy: if that's the case, you'll probably love Dick Grayson as Batman in the newer issues of DC's comics. He's got the snark covered.
Anyway, I just watched the animated film, The Secret of Kells. A joint project between an Irish, French, and Belgian animation team that was made back in 2009.
It's got a very simplistic art-style based off of old Celtic drawings. Amazing coloring, shading, and textures as well, some of the skylines and scenery shots actually look fairly realistic, despite the pretty cartoony art design, because of it.
The soundtrack is pretty much entirely made up of Celtic folk tunes and it's really well done. I went and immediately got it after watching the movie. Give it a watch guys, it's great stuff.

I've seen that before. I think I was the only one in my class who thought the giant snake fight was really cool.
As for me, I just watched MegaMind. It only cost a dollar per attendee for a cheap summer Mommy-Movie theatrical showing, so it was worth the money, but I don't think I'd have liked it as much if I'd had to pay full price. There weren't enough significant female characters for my liking--the only girl with a name in the show was the love interest, and the only confrontation she actually took part in failed miserably when she tried to reason verbally with her psycho opponentSPOILER;, who only went crazy after she wouldn't go out with him. She didn't even show up armed when she had ample time to prepare beforehand. :01:
Not a show for feminists at all, but most ordinary people think it's decent. As far as DreamWorks movies go, How To Train Your Dragon was so much better.

Picked upvolume 3 of the original Speed Racer and started to watch a few episodes on that, and I watched an episode of Voltron on youtube what with the posibility of a live action movie coming out.

Sonic OVA (aka Sonic the Movie): I found this to be an enjoyable movie. Even though the voices may not be the best, the voice actors and actresses really know how to deliver when it comes to emotion. I also enjoyed their portrayal of Knuckles here as well.

I recently picked up Pokémon Heroes: The Movie from a local Target for five bucks, such a delightful bargain. Anyway, this one's about Latias and Latios, taking place in a water canal city called "Alto Mare". It was assumed to be one of the last movies made in the Johto style, due to the lack of Hoenn pokemon and with Ash branding his classic outfit. In this movie, Latias and Latios have the power to change shape into anything they want, typically humans, turn themselves invisible, and can share what they see with each other and people around them. Bianca is the main caretaker of Latias and Latios, as well as an old man named Lorenzo. Major PlotFrom the beginning, Latias takes a liking to Ash, much to Latios' dismay. She would watch over Ash, and sometimes run into him while in human form. Annie and Oakley, two elite and well-trained Team Rocket Agents, have their eyes set on Latios, Latias, and an artifact known as the Soul Dew. After much observation, they discover the garden where Latias and Latios live, as well as where the Soul Dew is hidden. At night, Annie and Oakley make their move, and easily capture Latios and the Soul Dew, with Latias getting away to search for Ash for help. Annie and Oakley use Latios and the Soul Dew to activate a device known as the Defense Mechanism of Alto Mare, which revives an evil Aerodactyl and Kabutops, as well as lock down the whole city. Latias manages to warn Ash in time with a sight sharing session, and they leave the Pokémon Center just before it locks down. Oakley attempted to attack Ash with the DMA, but Latias caused the attack to fail and cause the DMA to break. The machine locked Oakley in, and drained Latios' energy at a faster rate. Shortly after, Ash and Latias enter and free Latios. This causes the machine to die down, and Annie playfully scolds Oakley for being so hostile. She goes over to attempt to take the Blackened Soul Dew, but it explodes, causing her to lose her balance and fall into the cockpit with Oakley, and the machine springs to life once more, locking them both inside. The DMA causes all of the water to drain from the city... Only to come back as a huge tidal wave. SPOILER;Latios and Latias rushed into the tidal wave in a giant blue ball of light, and the tidal wave weakened. Latias opened her eyes and saw Latios, but his form was not solid... he nodded just before fading away, and Latias had fainted. Some water pokemon had brought Latias to Ash and the gang when they went out by boat to look for her and Latios. When Bianca asks Latias where Latios was, they experienced another sight sharing session. In it, they could see Earth, steadily growing smaller, until fading into black. Then a new Soul Dew appeared out of the black and landed into Bianca's hands... :34: Other observationsJessie, James, and Meowth made a few appearances in some scenes, but never had any direct contact with Annie, Oakley, Ash, or anybody else in the whole movie. They were possibly only present for Comic Relief. This movie also appeared to be experimentation with 3D rendering, as a few chase scenes were shown in 1st person with scrolling corridors, and a scene where the camera circles around Ash as he's looking for Latias, who is disguised as Bianca. (I'm unsure of how often they did this in other movie, but they enjoyed doing it in this one a LOT.) The movie case says 2011, which is rather odd considering how the movie has to be a whole lot older than that. It makes me wonder how long they decided to wait before releasing it. The back of it also brands Skitty, Torchic, and Treecko, all of whom are nonexistent in the movie. The DVD lacked any sort of special features or previews, minus Federal Warnings. Why can't all DVDs come like this? All in all, it's a really awesome movie, and I give it :E0: :E0: :E0: :E0: :E0: out of 5. Definitely one of the best 5 bucks I've ever spent.

DuckTales: Oh, how I enjoy this cartoon series. The fans of the Don Rosa/ Carl Barks comics may complain about it not being dark/ true enough to the original source, but it's still a fun and entertaining cartoon regardless. I even liked the episodes with Gizmoduck in.

Darkwing Duck: Definitely. Between the hilarious villains (Who can hate a psychopath who breaks his hero disguise when the true hero points out a "Fuzzy Wuzzy Bunny?") the egomaniac hero (Who gives pre-autographed photos to the police station when he drops off thugs.) and the all around wacky cartoon antics, this is one of the best shows to ever come out of Disney. The fact that it exists in the same universe as Ducktales is an added bonus.
The Regular Show: Nothing to say about this one. It's completely ordinary. Nothing special about two guy who work at a park, slack off, and then get yelled at by their boss. That's the true premise, and yet I've been lying through my keys the whole time. You have to see this show to believe it. (A bunch of baby ducks~ send em to the moon!~ Soda machine that doesn't work~ Send em to the moon~!)
Freakazoid: With an incredibly catchy theme song and villains like Candlejack, this show is incre

To Edich: I'm not a comic guy, unless we talk Manga. But D. Grayson as batman does pike my interest.
Recently i decided i wanted to see Sailor Jupiter kick butt...so i began to WATCH Sailor Moon When i was young...SM was a time-passer no real interest, until i began Online RPing...met soemone who was major SM fan and got me hooked too...
I'm on episode 3 of the English dub and Man Serena has a nice set of abilities but i have to ask how deep her hair-roots go...
Now I have read reviews and seen clips from latter episodes and whatnot...so i have a rating:
I give the series a 7/10, "Plausible" - If you like night-time love stories, 8/10 "decent".

The last animation I've seen so far is those new Pink Panther cartoons. They are not as good as the old ones, but they are far better than most of the stuff on TV at the time these cartoons are aired.
(I never really checked at what time they air here. I just browse channels randomly late at night to find something to watch and I see that the Pink Panther is awesome.)

I had recently bought the DVD for Rio; and I enjoyed the movie a lot. I am also quite impressed how they had done their work with the avian species. Especially the fact that cockatoos SPOILER;do indeed eat things like chicken drumsticks. I'll say no more.
Now, to get the DVD for How to Train Your Dragon.

I just finished watching the Fox and the Hound. I haven't watched it since my childhood, but I bought the 30th Anniversary Edition Blu Ray from Amazon.
They don't do movies like this anymore. It made me laugh and cry from start to end, literally. (Though, I tried to keep my composure.)

Rewatched Madagascar, Madagascar 2 and watched Penguins of Madagascar.
The movies are great. I really love the zany characters, especially King Julien. I also liked the interaction between the main characters.
Penguins of Madagascar: While I liked the penguins it's the characters like King Julien, Marlene, the Rat King, Blowhole etc. that helped make me enjoy the show more.

Been watching Sonic Underground lately.
It had the potential to be an amazing show, as the theme song shows, but the actual quality is quite disappointing, especially the music videos.
Still, it's good for a laugh and a nostalgia rush.
