I think I get that too, now that I'm reading the article. I didn't know side stitch pain was the kind of thing that'd get a Wikipedia article. On the way to the last day of NYCC '11 I actually got a late start and almost missed the train. It pulled in when I was three blocks away. I'm still convinced I had an asthma attack running to that train but actual people with asthma said that probably wasn't it. Whatever it was it felt like being dissected. Frankly the fact that I caught that train at all is nothing short of miraculous.
I'm fine with skating though. If I'd had to skate to get that train it would've been no problem at all.

We'll need to get you in better shape, Dashe! Try sprinting the length of three blocks regularly. It'll be child's play to you in no time.

I don't know what's going on here in this this thread. It's so random and full of nothing that's really not nothing.

Talk normally and you'll be fine. Feel free to change the subject whenever, but if you have something actually interesting to say or pertinent to Mega Man or gaming or MMLS, make a new thread of it. We need more new threads.

I consider it "impermanent subjects that become very irrelevant very quickly."
Speaking of such, how was your day?

Plain but decent enough. Already thinking about christmas and things i'd want to get, Thanks to browsing on amazon for old Rockman figures/merchandise. Still alot of odds and ends on my Wishlist. ...Also kinda thinking about trying to get my Rockman X LCD touchscreen game console to work. No, not a 3ds...This. (Sorry for the poor quality, 3ds camera isn't the best.) I got it for 75 bucks last year, it turns on just fine but I can't seem to get past the touchscreen recognition test...Was never opened either, so I'm a bit puzzled. But I'll get it working one way or another. Can only hope that whatever works the touchscreen itself didnt fail due to age....

How is everyone's October going so far? I've been trying to get on the ball when it comes to working on things. Recording a game playthrough in advance, starting to put my voice to work again, and doing as best a job I can when it comes to keeping in shape as it starts to get a bit too cold to go out running when I'd like.

I'm finally a bit more occupied in a positive way: Namely with playing Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on 3ds with my friend. After having only taken turns playing Monster Hunter Tri online and offline, it's refreshing to finally be able to play together...and admittedly its become my favorite gaming series right behind the Megaman franchise itself. I think the way it heavily involves pure player skill/strategy and teamwork is what really drives it home for me. I think the game has also been helping me (and my friend) relax...Anxiety is nothing short of annoying.
It's also starting to finally cool down here more, weather wise. Soon enough I'll get get back to my hiking and biking activities again. Still excited for that.
Not much else otherwise that I can think of...

It's finally cooling down around here, too. I definitely prefer long sleeves and piling on the jackets!
Also, two random Lowe's guys are installing a new microwave right now. Huh.

Things have been quiet for me. This December, I'll be getting my bachelor's degree in history. Suffice to say, I'm happy that I put my thesis paper to rest.
This past week, I had to move my shelf, several hundred books out into the living room, since we had a plumber come in and fix the pipes in one of the bathrooms. The pipes in question could only be accessed from my room, so he had to cut a hole in to do the work. I finished putting about 80% of it all back.. and I realize I'm sitting on at least 500 volumes of manga, among other books...

Graduating, huh? Congrats in advance! Thank you, Dashe. I remember a while before I got my associate's degree. One of my co-workers noticed that my birthday was close to conicide with the end of the quarter. At the time, I told her if all went well, I'd give myself something precious and invaluable- the gift of an education. Feels like things are coming full circle, now... That aside, I've been doing the bulk of my drawings over on Deviant Art, though I do know two works I'd like to upload here, sometime.

Ah yeah, that'd be cool if you could upload those. I'm looking forward to seeing how much you've improved since the last time you posted art!
