Projectile weapons are the best. On a side note, it took me four tries to correctly spell projectile. I can English real good.

I've tried a hacky-sack a few times as a kid in the 90's...didn't do so well either.
BTW, I was sick yesterday and ended up watching alot of the Rockman.EXE anime...While I do like the show for some aspects (Burnerman.EXE having more of a purpose? Do like.) I always have to question some of the logics....
LIke how does a tournament allow so many modified ways of cheating? Causing an opponent's Net-op to faint due to heat exhaustion? Corrupting another players Net navi against them? Allowing a fight out of BOUNDS?
It was the worst Grand Prix tourney ever in logical terms.

Seeing any kind of elimination tourney in a TV series tends to lead to an immediate channel flip here. Tournaments, battle arenas...I'd be more interested in that sort of thing if they weren't freaking EVERYWHERE. Same deal with RPG coliseums. Not everyone can be the Gladiator. And the Gladiator cannot be Inspector Javert, either.
Maybe that's why I never cared too much about Yu-Gi-Oh when I was younger.
That said, the EXE anime came around too late for me to really get into it. Maybe if it had been made four years earlier. I was definitely a Digimon/Reboot/Cubix kid, and Cubix was a disappointment after the first episode or two. I'm not even sure I remember there being a tournament in any of those shows.

Reboot did some sort of tourney thing once...If i remember (I was a big fan of that series too as a kid). Cubix I hardly remember, so not sure on that. And Digimon I never really watched any of till much later, and was only a bit of one particular series.
EXE series was a big deal to me when I was younger since...well, It's Megaman. And I couldn't afford the games at the time, so the anime was the best thing since sliced bread. Was a great fill for Megaman personally at a time where I was limited on megaman games.

I got the EXE games for a couple of birthdays, from the same cousin who got me hooked on Legends. I got a pretty awesome return on them, too. 1's still the only one I ever managed to beat, though. I'm stuck on the final boss on 2 and 3, and I can't get through that one part on 4 where I'm required to go find and collect 50 macguffins. 4 just sucked in general. I blame the tournament and fetch quests.

The worst part is that you have to play through 3 the game at least 3 times to get everything, so those fetch-quests get old fast. In general fetch-quests are something that get old fast in video games. One or two small ones are fine (like in Legends), but don't make it a habit.

What? You mean you want more out of RPGs than a fetchquest!? [/sarcasm]

If I wanted to do a fetch quest I'd go to the DMV.

I've never been much of a dog person. Or an animal person, for that matter. Kudos for actually knowing dog parks exist, that was pretty clever.

You probably haven't noticed yet, but my avatar switches randomly between moods. I like to think its Yuna switching between SERIOUS BUSINESS, and coy mischief.

I really wish there were a Terraformer mod that'd allow you to do that. Then I'd be Jack Donaghy switching between slick smarminess and shoving down emotions and pretending everything is fine.

I like dogs, at least the more friendly breeds like Labs. They're fun to have around. I really wish there were a Terraformer mod that'd allow you to do that. Then I'd be Jack Donaghy switching between slick smarminess and shoving down emotions and pretending everything is fine. signavatar.com/With this you can have as many avs as you want on rotation.
