*Reads disclaimer* Got it. I'll just have to trust in your plan, then. Do carry on.

The Last game I beat was Ratchet and Clank (2016) on My PS5. Never got a chance to play it so I decided to play and beat it. I beat the original in June on my PS3, Even though I played PS2 for over 9 years (2003-2012) I never really played the R&C series. I was more into GTA,WWF/WWE Smackdown games and etc. I haven't played the 2016 version, but I liked the original Ratchet & Clank on PS2 a lot more than I thought I would. Up Your Arsenal is my favorite in the series.

I don't think I've seen a songfic here in a while. I also like the idea of Mega Man leaving art behind, it's a side of him I don't usually see, much less art that turns out to be the key to solving the rocket conundrum. The writing is pretty excellent too, congrats on your second fic here!

I'll be looking forward to it then! I wonder what Ira's kill count is for this chapter, I think she's winning.

Looks like your week's been as busy as mine has! I can't wait to see what happens next in the story, but if you notice it's getting to be longer and longer between chapters, that can be a sign of burnout. The last time I wrote, I made sure to complete every chapter before even posting it and then making a weekly update schedule I could stick to, because it was a Legends thing and this fandom has dealt with enough cliffhangers. However, in my experience, that burned-out feeling doesn't usually go away and my writing doesn't pick up again until I wrap the whole story up and shelve it for a while. That's how my ideas tend to work, I get a burst of inspiration on the front end and then sit around wondering why I can't get enthused to write the back half like I could early on in the process.

P.S - I also saw that one discussion regarding unfinished fanfics and...well, yeah. While I don't want to be so presumptuous as to assume that you may have been including one of my own stories on that list, what was said regarding the matter really did fill me with a renewed determination to revisit that whole plotline. But honestly, I think I only got through maybe a fifth of what I had planned out in my head, and even then, it's been so long that I assume people have already forgotten most of it by now. I haven't forgotten, though, so it's definitely going to happen. Someday, anyway. I don't remember aaaaaaany details about most unfinished things, unfortunately. Cliffhangers and loose ends and I don't mix. Just thinking of every abandoned fic the fandom has ever seen is like hanging out in a weird dissociative nebula of ideas that kind of just blend together after a while. I can't pick out individual fics anymore, it's just a hazy aggregate of very similar plot points popping up again and again. Kind of a limbo of "Oh yeah, there was a fanfic, but I can't for the life of me remember what the plot was at all. Probably Mega Man Legends 3." So I'm sure your answer is "probably," which is likely less encouraging than a straight up "yes." It's very telling that at one point you asked if I could recommend other fics and the best I could come up with was a singular four-chapter fic that's over ten years old. I've also got at least two dedicated notepad files for summarizing Traingham's behemoth of a fic, because every time he posts a new chapter I have to go back and remember what I read, and I completely forget that every time I do it I write new cliffnotes. My memory for most fanfiction is just that bad. I'll probably have a hard time forgetting MML3: Love Has No Limits, though, regardless of if there ever gets to be another update. I hope it does update and reach a logical conclusion, but we're in this fandom, after all. Hope is a crapshoot around these parts.

Cool, and it looks like fAB fixed the chapter bug in the fic, too. So either version functions fine, you just get different DLC content depending on what you pick.

Oh neat, it's like the Return To Kattelox plotline, but totally unlike any Return to Kattelox I've seen yet! Can't wait for the next part!

Holy MOLY, the word count on this is absolutely INSANE!! I started reading through the first couple entries and just thought: "Wait...how much more is there to read?" And I just felt my jaw slowly drop as I just kept scrolling...and scrolling...and "Jeez, there's still MORE!? Okay, time for me to comment." I absolutely love it so far. Mind you, I still have a lot to read through, but there's obvious passion here that's just oozing with personality. I'll give my own critiques once I'm caught up, but definitely keep it going! Also, I'm glad to see Dashe is already giving you feedback because she 100% knows what she's talking about. If you haven't already, you should definitely take some time to read through her fic "Press Start to Continue" because it is amazingly well-written and demonstrates some great writing techniques. Looking forward to seeing what you've got in store! It's definitely his fanfic and advice now, not hers, if you're talking about me. Singing a song of angry men was a transformative experience, to say the least, and unfortunately, all the mods we made to these forums overrode the gender markers so nobody can actually tell. Whooooops. *Ducks behind the scenes and adjusts Terraformer 2; apparently badges got disabled in the shuffle too* I digress, yeah, Press Start to Continue is definitely an exercise in taking extremely ridiculous risks and throwing canon into a blender, then trying to come out of it with something that still feels like it belongs in the canon. So definitely take it to heart when I say not to worry about whether I like the story or not. You will probably hate the idea of Press Start to Continue on principle because Tron Bonne gets about as far away from marrying Volnutt, settling down, and having a bunch of kids as you can get in that one, so rest assured, you have been warned. EDIT: I forgot to mention, if you read Press Start To Continue on the main MMLS site, you get a different DLC experience than if you read it on the forums. I don't have sufficient data to determine which DLC people tend to like better, so it's really a coin flip, but I think the link to chapter 15 is broken on the site and you have to enter the chapter number manually to reach it.

Wow this looks very impressive! Is this still in production?! By "production," if you mean I'm still in the process of tediously watching the one existing video set of 5-island footage to draw as accurate a map set as possible, then yes.

I'm sorry, too. You put that link back up when I made it very clear that I didn't feel safe having a strange person putting a strange outbound link to a strange zip file here, and didn't find a request for screenshots and WIPs reasonable, so here we are.

Hmmmm doesn't that seem a tad, extreme? The user's threat was extreme enough to warrant that level of caution around new users who come here solely to advertise projects.

Hello, we've recently had a hostile user attempt to recruit staff for a MML1 remake demo and openly threaten the well-being of our members. As site admin, given the fact that the project is virtually identical to the one the previous user was advertising, I don't trust that link at all. I've archived the link to keep our userbase safe. If you have screenshots or video footage, that would be preferred for safety reasons. Either way, I strongly encourage people with an interest in our community (or any community) to get to know the members first on some level, and vice versa, rather than just jumping straight to advertising without reading the rules, or even noticing that there's a subforum for fan projects.
