Attention!
It has been a little over 3 years since the Mini-Comic Contest ended and I thought it would be a good time to come up with a new forum contest! Going back to 2004 roots I am announcing the Manhua Comic contest!
1.) Participants will fill in the blanks of one or more selected comic panels from the Chinese Manhua comic and send their entries to my inbox subjected "Caption Contest"
2.) The winner will be based off of participant votes posted in the thread.
3.) Participants will not reveal which comic is their own, and will not vote for themselves.
4.) A new panel(s) will be posted every-other Monday along with last round's results.
5.) 3 points will awarded to 1st place, 2 points for second, and 1 point for third, again based on votes posted in the thread.

Submission and voting is based off of how it was done in the Mini-Comic Contest if you are not quite sure how that will work.
DISCLAIMER: At the moment there is no forum emblem planed as a reward for winners down the line. That may change but it will probably be based on how well this contest is stocked with participants. I'll need your help to keep this going a regular thing! That being said...
GRAND OPENING REWARD!
The response I got when I asked a few people about doing this contest was positive but the prevailing thought was that MMLS would not muster up enough participants to make it a success week after week. I really want that to be wrong!
The best way I see to back this contest a success is to have a very strong opening round of the contest, so to drive participation for the first round will be a one-time reward for 1st place!
The reward is this: For every participant that enters the first round of the contest $5 will be donated by me to the Red Ash KickStarter in the name of the winner of the 1st prise (Or in any name they would like) and the donation perks like name in the credits, digital copy, soundtrack, etc. will also go to the 1st place winner as soon as they are available.
For example: If there are 10 participants $50 will be donated to Red Ash in honor of the winner, and the winner will receive the Wallpaper, Name in Credits, Digital Copy of Red Ash, the Official Soundtrack, and the Legendary Blue Special Weapon that comes with the $49 donation to the kickstarter.
There is no prize for 2nd or 3rd, and there will most likely not be a prize of this caliber for any other round of this contest
And don't worry about me paying the money, I was already planning on making a big donation!
You will typically have 2 weeks to come up with your perfect comic caption but for the first round the deadline will be next Monday, July 13th 11:59 PM for all entries!
