I got my Espeon! My Eevee team is (as) complete (as I can make it)!! It was worth it just for that photo! (It'll probably be a while before I get my National Dex, but once I do, if someone would be willing to take one of my Eevees and evolve him to Leafeon, it would really make my team complete — Glaceon would be OK too, but not necessary >__<)I'm going to tear through the Elite 4 sometime soon; after that I think I'm going to start three-volving some of my Pokémon I've been avoiding because it would've taken too long. @slash It's not quite the same, but if it's getting all the older Pokémon that you wantt to do, I'm pretty sure Pal Park will let you do that. (Provided you have Fire Red/Leaf Green) ravenf6 You mean you never played Gold and Silver? o__o

Nay... I only borrowed Blue from my cousin a long time ago, and around the time Gold and Silver came out, I was in highschool and had no job that would have enabled me to buy either of them. But when he and I got together, we often fire up Staduim II on the N64 and try to storm Gym Leader Castle, so I wasn't completely out of the loop. It wasn't 'til just a few days ago I decided to take up the mantle of the wandering trainer and roam the Johto region, seeking to carve my own path through this strange and fascinating world.. A lot of fun, I must say. I'm well-versed in most RPGs, so it wasn't hard for me to get into the swing of things.

I think most people here naturally like this game because most of us were the ones who played the first games and grew up with the series. Not to mention most people agree that Gold/Silver/Crystal were the best games in the series, and still are in my opinion). Though some might not...*cough*GenIII*cough* Sorry, I just had to say that, lol. I do agree with the fact that most of the fans here (and most anywhere) enjoy this game since it reminds them of the good old days (myself included). Really? Myself and one other friend of mine are the only people I know who have it. My sister works at an HMV, and the day after the games came out, she had only sold one copy. I guess it's less popular where I live...it's a shame though. Btw, I was wondering if anyone was free right now so that they can help me trade my PCP to Heartgold. I'll be on for a while, so you can contact me whenever you want, I'll even throw in a gift for helping me if you want!

Ah! Sorry, I should have clarified. PCP stands for Pikachu-colored Pichu, which is a shiny event Pichu given away at certain gamestop stores and over Wi-Fi. When you bring it to the Ilex Forest in HG and SS you can unlock a special event. Since I downloaded mine on Platinum, and I don't have an extra DS, I would need to trade it to someone on their game, so that they can again trade it back to me on my Heartgold game. I hope that clarifies it.

Yeah, that's basically it. I ask here since I know of no one around where I live that can help me.

I haven't got a PCP (which by the way is a horrible, horrible choice of an acronym >__<), but if I can get in on this, perhaps we could pass around some trade-to-evolve Pokémons? I've got six or seven of them lined up already. x__x

Well, I've got a bunch of other pkmn from Platinum that I would need to trade to Heartgold, if that's what your asking (btw, why is PCP a horrible acronym? lol, it's how the entire fandom refers to it).

PCP is a drug, dude. >__<
Anyhow, I've got a bunch of guys like Graveller, Machoke, Kadabra, Haunter, Scyther w/Metal Coat and Poliwhirl with Kings Rock who need to be traded in order to evolve. I need someone willing to toss them back and forth with me over the interweb because I don't have any real way to do that myself. >__< Gotta add them pages to my Pokédex. (I'm up to 141! ^__^)
EDIT: Oh btw, I totally got my *&^ handed to me by Lance when I went up against the Elite Four. But I have a lot of guys I can swap in and out thanks to all the random training/evolving. (I finally evolved an Ampharos today! ^__^), so I'm gonna try it again with a different team; or spend a bit more time leveling my guys.

How does one get a Dratini with ExtremeSpeed anyway? My other friends were talking about that too. o.o

After you beat Clair and she refuses to give you her badge, you go to her grandfather in the Dragon's Den; if you answered his questions correctly, you can come back after and he'll give you a Dratini with Extremespeed.

Well this sucks. I checked a guide just now, and it turns out I answered his questions wrong even though he approved of me (you mean Pokemon as allies aren't as important as them being friends?! ). Guess I'll have to do this with HeartGold. If you breed this Dratini, will it get Extremespeed?
