I notice in the Mega Man Legends Series there are Basically two different kinds of Ruins. Kattalox Island: In MML1 there are about seven ruins spread out over a single island. A more realistic kind of system where all the Ruins interlock, and while it would be virtually impossible for one team of programmers to lay out an entire realistic set of Ruins of that magnitude, it goes down (hypothetically) about a mile where its centered with a bureaucratic center, and with surface ports for living quarters. (MEGA RUINS) MML2: In the second installment you're going to about ten ruins spread out over about six islands. While there are more towns, and big battles, the ruins only go about four levels deep, (not including the water one, that's extra large, and super slow. But otherwise MML2 pulls if off fine. Plus since Mistress Sera is the so called Goddess of the Sky and the keys you're questing for unlock the portal to Elysum the space city, why would they be buried hundreds of feet underground anyway? My point is which is better? Or which to do you perfer? I'd like Mega ruins on every island but that's crazy. A MM game that big would be probably four discs big and twenty hours minimum. *Can't stop drooling*

I personally like the bigger ruins from the second game. They last longer than just a few minutes. It adds to the challenge of the game to see if you can last the whole way through.

Umm... Alright supposedly Mistress Yuna (need I remind you, Goddess of the Earth(ground whatever) sealed the Keys in the Ruins(also on the ground). So that's my logic as far as that goes.
As for which system I prefer. I prefer the first one. I liked it. All the ruins end up linking. I mean who would've guessed that in the beginning of the game? It was a nice twist. I like 2's fine, but I prefer 1's.

Okay, that makes sense about Mistress Yuna, and obviously I like the Mega ruin idea better in case you didn't notice my bias in the opening statement, but what do you think it would be like if MML3 had a Mega ruin one every island, and a real cool boss on every one, like Megaman Juno? Wheres a magic wishing well when you need one?
