Is it just me, or did megaman take a step backwards in the aging system. He sounds a whole lot younger in the second one than the first. I know it's hard to get the same voice talents, but was anyone as dissapointed as i was when they started up legends 2 for the first time and figured this out?!

Ugh, YES. What's worse is there was a time many, many years ago when I was totally obsessed with Sailor Moon. I had moved on. But then I popped in Legends 2 and one of the first things I heard was... Sailor Jupiter. A woman did his voice acting. BADLY. My goodness, was that ever grating. EDIT: Eh heh, no offense to anyone who may like Sailor Moon. My dislike for the show is completely personal, and I don't mean to present my opinions in an offensive way. By "moving on" I mean that I decided my obsession wasn't particularly healthy (my interest had waned anyway), and I decided to give it up. Sorry about any confusion.

Oh definately, I have heard many people say that this change was in fact the biggest flaw in the game. I don't go that far, but it certainly was awful. It's one thing to change the voice actor, but don't give the part to a woman, and make darn sure the replacement can sound something like the original. I mean, I could have done a better job than that.

I'll say, the voice in MML1 was better than the one in MML2.

all i know is that i was so excited to start playing the second game when i was told about it and then I heard his voice. ICK! I just wish they would've gotten at least a little bit more similar voice.

I was surprised when I heard MegaMan talk in the second game! I liked how he sounded in MML1. And did you know the guy who did MegaMan's voice in MML1 was the Lassie boy? (remember that show? It used to be on YTV! LASSIE! omg I loved that show when I was small. And he has another show on YTV! 2030 C.E. or something like that...YTV is a Canadian channel btw) Anyways, I think MegaMan's voice in MML2 wasn't as good as it could have been.

I agree with those who say that this is the biggest flaw in the MML series. Simply because its a flaw, and I believe that the MML series is flawless. ;D
I think this topic has been covered so many times. But anyways, don't make a boy sound like a girl. And there's some games out there where boys look like girls (Suikoden, for one).

True, MegaMan does sound girly. That's because Corey Sevier is 18 years old now; his voice probably wouldn't match MegaMan's body unless they could somehow reverse the aging process and make him 15 years old again. Anyway, Legends 2 is still good regardless of it's drawbacks.

Yeah, MegaMan sounded less good in the second game. More importantly, Teisel and the Servbots sounded just as classically funny as they always did. Oh yeah.
