I'm at the end of the game, right before the fight with Sera, and I decided to go around the map a bit and look for a few things I might have missed. I was in the outskirts of Calinca, where that giant crater and all those big rabbits are. I was expecting to see that orange fox and that idiot girl in the pink coat who claims to be Joe's daughter. The thing is, I saw the fox, but I didn't see the girl. So I went to the hotel room and asked the manager to see Joe, but when I selected his room, he told me that Joe had left with his wife and daughter to a 'warmer place' or something like that. Naturally, I figured he had gone to Saul Kada Island, but as soon as I got there, I looked around and saw nothing. I checked every other Island and I can't find him. Is he out there somewhere, or is he gone from the game completely? I hope I'm not the last one to find out about this again.

I think you may be last again, sorry.
I'm sure a lot of us went looking for Joe, especially after the "He's the one, Roll" scene before the train battle. He's gone from the game. Who knows where he went? Somewhere on Kimotoma Island, I'd assume, though, really, just about every other island in the game is warmer than Calinca. Maybe if we ever get a Legends 3, we'll run into him again. But, at this point, for all we know, he could very well be on Kattleox.

That stinks, There's a lot of mysteries in this game. Characters that dissapear mysteriously, interesting doors that can't be opened, a cliffhanger ending that has yet to be resolved.
The worst thing is that Roll met both her parents throughout the game, but she couldn't stay with them. Joe abandoned her somewhere on Terra, and Matilda abandoned her somewhere on Elysium. Poor Roll. At least she has Megaman.... Well, not really.

Yuna said that once she got back to Terra she would "give Roll her mother back". Roll will have her mother back around the same time she actually "gets" MegaMan back. Either way, MegaMan belongs with Tron, he makes a nice brother though.

Megaman Belongs with Tron? Everyone on this forum seems to dislike Roll. Frankly, I don't really see the connection. They would seem to go well together, but I would think Roll cares for him more, she keeps saying great stuff about him in his diary and even mentions that she loves him. I don't know if this was true love or fraternal love but nonetheless..... Matilda also said that while Megaman was regaining his memeory Roll was so desperate to get him back that she'd do anything and she almost started crying.... And she's got spunk!
Tron on the other hand, is pretty mean, but that's what I like about her, plus she's a really good-natured person at heart.
I can't really decide who would go better with Megaman, it's sort of like a Betty/Veronica thing.... But knowing how that always turns out he'll probably choose Tron.
I think I've strayed slightly off course.... This thread is about Joe. I was wondering, is there some kind of cheat or game shark coad thing that can let you find him? He must be there somewhere..... Maybe he is in Glyde's base...... Or I guess we'll just have to wait until legends 3....

The Tron/Roll thing is a very hollow argument. Plus Tron liked him first. We have a topic for this already, though. If Capcom wanted Joe to be there, he'd be there. Very rarely do companies require cheating to accomplish something in the game(*cough cough*Nintendo!!*cough cough*). He's gone.

It's a bit waaaaaaaaaaay off topic, but in order to catch Mew in Pokemon, you had to either cheat or get it from an official contest. And the people who gave it to you at the official contests, cheated. Same with Celebi, if my memory serves. But, in the Japanese games, it was possible to get them both legitmately - I think in R/B/Y you got Mew for getting all 150, and in Crystal Verion I think you got something from winning the Lottery that let you find Celebi. Not on this side of the globe, though. Cursed Nintendo.
But I don't think any company would do something like that for something that would seem so important to the story. Joe played a huge role in the plot, if they wanted him to show up again in the game, it would've been a huge part - I don't think they'd make you, or even let you, cheat for that.

I guess I was the only one that didn't go looking for Joe. I just assumed he left and I will never see him until I restart the game.

Actually when the hotel keeper said "he went to a warmer place", he meant he died and went to hell.

AHAHAHAHHAH ur fuuuuuuuuuuuny! actually, I think he crossed into the impossible void outside of the map with the flutter, therefore he is everywhere at once.
