Mod for legends to play on switch

I want a Legends modded for the switch where the controller sticks are for movement such as you might see in Gears but there's a targeting retical that you can move with your motion controls on the right stick. I want to put it up for the mega man/switch community on twitch. I just need to know where I can go to get it done. I'll put up a kickstarter up for it if necessary.

I think what you're asking for is a port.

And I think the only ones capable of making it happen are Capcom, especially as I'm pretty sure that something like this would go against Kickstarter's TOS, and they and Capcom would probably shut such an effort down real quick.

Pretty much what Nytetrayn said. Your best bet "legally" is to make a fork to an emulator that would respond to a rom dump of that game to respond to motion controllers. It will also have to be distributed for free. Good luck with that venture.
