I'm going through the game data, and it makes it a lot easier having each character labeled by their in-game id. Problem is that there are a lot of character whose name's I don't know/remember. So let's see who know their MML character names. I'll be posting here until it's done. First up, name this NPC:

A lot of the NPCs didn't actually have names! Should we make them up? I think he looks like a Dustin, but that's just me. It'd probably be less confusing to just call him Cowlick Kid, that way everyone knows who you're talking about.

Sounds kind of like a cowboy name. Next up is this lady, I can't recall seeing her in game.

She's the news anchor that appeared on Teisel's television in the cutscene. That's probably why she's not wearing pants. The MMKB wiki calls her "N Caster."

News Caster added, thanks. Here's the next one I'm drawing a blank on. The funny thing about doing this is you pay attention to characters you never cared about before. For example, inside of Apple Market, there is a girl in a yellow dress who asks you if you like her dress and then tries to get you to buy it for her. Head over the library and it's the same girl saying that she hopes pirates invade so teachers can't assign any more homework. And this guy: And this girl: And does this guy have a name? And this lady: The name of the Bonne Submarine Mecs that attack you on the war to the Lake Jyun subgate.

And does this guy have a name? That girl is at the game school building if I remember correctly, she's an indie game programmer wannabe. The guy I believe is named "Art" although I can't remember where that name came from or if someone just gave him that name in a fanfiction.

He's definitely Art or Artillery. I forget where it is mentioned but I'm pretty sure he introduces himself eventually.

Artillery sounds good. Trying to think of something for the girl that doesn't sound stupid. "Gamer girl" is probably no. "Aspiring Game Developer" maybe?

According to the Megaman wiki, the building where the girl is at is originally a reference to a real animation school in Japan called "Yoyogi Animation Gakuin" or YAG, so if you want to give the girl a name it could be "Yoyogi-chan"

5320 is a bank teller. 3a20, among other roles, hung out at the library around the beginning of the game lamenting the homework she'd need to do because Mega Man saved the town. 4420 appears as both the TV station receptionist who puts you on Dangerous Games and a bank teller. And the Bonne Mech is called Zuuf Geleido. MMLS's directory acknowledges that name and abbreviates it as "Zuuf Gelede," so whichever you want, really.

He's definitely Art or Artillery. I forget where it is mentioned but I'm pretty sure he introduces himself eventually. Okay, I went with "Artillary the Digger", though if you can remember when he introduces himself let me know, Because he seems to be around in a lot of scene, but I'm not sure when or where he might introduce himeself. According to the Megaman wiki, the building where the girl is at is originally a reference to a real animation school in Japan called "Yoyogi Animation Gakuin" or YAG, so if you want to give the girl a name it could be "Yoyogi-chan" I went for "Art School Student" for right now. A lot of the NPC's use the same skin and instead of things like "NPC Man 0", I've started finding specifically where they are used and using those names, like "Highneck Records Owner" or "Bronte Vegetable Shop Owner". For some of younger NPC's, it might be a good idea to just start giving them names. Added all of these. And another question, does the Boat that Roll fix for Wily have a name?

The boat Roll fixes doesn't have a name. Art doesn't actually introduce himself; there's a scene in the library in the middle of the game where he and Barrell are in there together, and Barrell introduces him instead. It's so obscure that Estil didn't even catch it for his game scripts, but it's here.
