Yep. I think people know, actually. Protodude's article was made before the one you referenced, and it looks like they heavily based it off of his. It also looks like they mentioned the YAG building, but didn't include a picture for it like Protodude did though.

Its sounds to me like they havnt actually ask for permission from either of these companies though. It seems like they just flagged the game with 'possible copyright problems' and left it at that. I have no clue why either company would have a problem with releasing this game. Then again, business people do ignorant things all the time.

:/ its not like they could get a crap load of money seeing as there are no doubt hundreds (if not thousands) of fans who don't want to pay a heafty price just to own the games. Surely sinces its been so long since release they could try to get permission to do something about it, wouldn't take long to post a different image on those machines/buildings.
