So I just bought Battle Network Complete Works, and came across something interesting. For those of you that played BN3, remember this guy: "I used the gate guard mecha in front of the ancient ruins from "Mega Man Legends" as a reference for the irregular shape of Alpha's body." If I had to guess, he's either talking about Balcon Gelede or maybe Juno?

I did play BN3, but I don't remember this character at all! I'd be inclined to say Juno, though, just because the Balcon wasn't really guarding a gate. They were just trying to sink Mega Man's boat so they could threaten Amelia into getting them a Class A license.

He's got the claws of the Balcon and the floating-arms of Juno. It could be either, really. The description's too obscure.
To anybody else besides Rock that could have happened to go out to sea trying to get into the ruins, Balcon could easily be seen as a "guardian" of sorts if they had no clue who was inside it. And Juno wasn't really "in front of" ancient ruins at all! He was at least a mile inside them!

What it REALLY looks like is a giant floating Reaverbot eye with cat ears and a hairbow.

There could be a dozen things he could've based the design on, but you have to look carefully at how he described what he based it on. I used the gate guard mecha in front of the ancient ruins from "Mega Man Legends" The most likely candidate from this, in my opinion, is our old friend from the entrance of the tutorial ruin: the Hanmuru Doll.

That's the first thing I thought of too, but it certainly looks Juno and Balcon like too. That guy needed to be less extremely vague. That could describe so many mecha.
