This is a shot in the dark more than anything, given its rarity and obscurity...but if anyone would know about it, It'd be someone from here. I'm looking for Scans, info, ANYTHING on this unknown book. I've been scouring it for a long time...but with no such luck. I'm mainly curious about it because it's done by the same person who did the Rockman X5 manga...which I really enjoyed. It made me curious to know how he handled/altered this games plot into a manga story. So if anyone's got any dirt on this, feel free to post. I'd really appreciate it if anyone had any details to share. |

Yeah like you said, thats a entirely different Manga. Plus the author of the Manga i'm looking for is in Chinese, as his comics are (X5 at least). He never had any ties with japanese works/publishers.
On the bright side, thanks for the little finds! Its not much but seeing it exist elsewhere is a good sign....
So I found this tweet that shows a bit of the manga, or a teaser/advertisement for it rather. Found within the Rockman X5 manhua made by the same creator. That Teisel...

Yikes, I wouldn't have even noticed Teisel's face there if you hadn't pointed it out. Not for a few minutes, at least. It looks like background shading until you really focus on it, and his teeth just look really unsettling. If it turns out that in the actual book he's the same old goof he's always been, I'd have to nominate this as the most misleading advertisement ever.

Wow, this is a nice treat! I haven't looked around RRL in some time so this is a surprise to see. Thanks for sharing it satoh . Comparing to the RMX5 manhua, this one seems a little less grim/serious. Though the comical parts really fit with the game itself. Looks like people are offering to host scans, So this is great. If we can get a decent translation then that would be icing on the cake. |
