How did Roll get the support car inside the city? Think about it. It's completely walled in. She couldn't have driven in through Apple Market because she says she can't pick you up if you radio her in there. The only place I can think of that might work is the exit behind the mayor's to the Cardon forest, but that doesn't work either for three reasons:
1 - The door is the size of a regular door. A van couldn't fit through there! But let's give her the benefit of the doubt, since the police cars managed to make it outside to attempt to stop the Bonne tanks. 2 - But, how could Roll have gotten through that way when the Bonnes were attacking?! 3 - To get the Support Car from outside Apple Market around to the Cardon forest door is impossible--there's a forest in the way! Check out a map of Kattelox and you'll see what I mean.
Maybe Data performed his secret dance of teleportation? That actually makes about as much sense as the other stuff I came up with! Maybe the car has jets on it and it flys over all of the walls.
But this also got me thinking... Why do they even need cars at all on Kattelox? It's not that hard to walk from place to place. The only time you would really need one would be to get around outside of the city. But inside, wouldn't a sort of tram system work better? They already have a bus circuit. Why not just stick to that?

For that matter, how do any cars move between Downtown, Uptown, and City Hall? To add to the list of reasons the Support Car wouldn’t come in the rear through City Hall, try calling Roll up when you’re in the Clozer Woods( not Cardon Forest) and see if she can come pick you up. It’s possible I’m mistaken, I haven’t played in a month or two, but I don’t remember Roll being able to get to Clozer Woods at all(probably for the same reason you said). Here’s another stumper for you: How did the Police get out to the Cardon Woods Forest(see? you got me mixed up! ^^ in the beginning of the game, without barreling(hahah, “barrel”ing) right through the Apple Market? And, off of that point, there’s one good reason to need cars on Kattelox: the Police Force. Admittedly, it’s only, a few city blocks’ distance, max, to get from one place to another, but if the cops need to get somewhere, they need to get there fast. In any case, it doesn’t make much sense, does it? My best guess would be that there’s some sort of passage for cars through the doors, but that still doesn’t account for how people can travel in and out without passing the Apple Market. Maybe there are special transitional areas between the walls. edit: why the hell are there backslashes before all my quotes.. that’s odd.I’m gonna have to try this with the entity codes. hah! it worked. wonder why that happened though.

For that matter, how do any cars move between Downtown, Uptown, and City Hall? True. How do any cars move between the districts? The only connection between them are average doors, and the roads are only within each district. Probably Crapcom's lazyness...

They have springs that pop out from under the cars so they can bounch over the walls to the next district

You're all sick and wrong... well maybe not sick... What roll does when megaman calls her is getting into the flutter, picking up the support car with a giant crane, then swinging it over the city walls. It usually lands on Megaman in a humorous fashion, while roll runs up and gives her "sorry megaman" line. At that point they all lose memory of the last 10 minutes and megaman gets in the support car without question. from there they usually just use magical thunderbolts to send themselves around the city. the reason Roll can't get into ruins is because there's too much electrical interference for her thunderbolts to accurately send her to the right location. If your wondering how I know this, I saw it all in a secret cutscene in megaman legends.... Or I made it up off the top of my head... meh, same difference. P.S. the reason the cop cars could get to cardon forest was because their cars are specially equipped with a inorganic force field, which allows the car and anything inside it to pass through inorganic substances, and the reason they don't fall through the ground evrytime they turn it on, is because they're just cool like that .

You know that makes absolutely no sense - even as a joke - considering the Flutter's broken until practically the last quarter of the game, and you get the Support Car before you're even halfway through, right?

The flutter's broken but the crane still works. It uses a different source of power.

No, no no. You're all horribly wrong. The fact of the matter is that all cars on Kattelox can shrink to 1/50 their standard size, allowing people to get out of their cars, shrink them down, and carry them through the gates into the different sectors of the island. The shrinkable car blueprints can be found in the mysteriously invisible used car shop run by the man in the blue jacket and khakis who wanders around the Downtown area, probably trying to find his shop again after leaving it to go get his lunch. This function, of course, also applies to the Support Car, which was probably built on Kattelox...sheesh, buncha n00bs...haven't you guys even played the game?

Damn, don't you guys read the stone tablets of the tenth commandments in MML? -The city has underground highways wich acess opens when a car is in front of it and desires to go to a certain area of the city, inside everything looks like a normal highway wich has been the inspiration for many racing MML games i've made. PROOF!

what i don't understand is how they are going to evacuate the island by car at the end of the game. and whats the propose of having cars, the island is so small you can walk from one end to the other in 5 min....... still they do make the game look better.

Well, they like to presume the fact that they have a car.
And seriously, it would had been pathetic if they were going on bikes, imagine the 'Police bikes', 'fireman bikes', 'ambubikes' and stuff, not to mention the 'support bike'
...I think i'm going to draw a support bike! XD
