I wonder why I didn't join legends station before? I've lurked here for some time but never popped my head in the forums. I'm a fledgeling video game programmer with lofty ideas and hopes for the future. Armed with a keyboard and massive debt, I hope to spread good games and help where I can. As you can see I'm destined for soul crushing defeat but it will be a great ride up until that point!

Hah, wow. One of the best brief introductions we've had in a while, I must say. Hope you decide to stay with us there, hawkeyes. You have no idea how many people register, post an intro, log off, then forget to ever log back in. It's a shame~ :01: Break the rut, man. Break it good. Good luck with your ideas too; if any of them become a completed reality, I'm sure there's a good amount of us who'd like to give 'em a play.

Howdy! I love that word. It's always good to have talented new members join the boards. If you have any cool things you've made post em up here. Massive debt you say? Well...haha... there's this imaginary refractor mine you could work in to pay that off... :12:

You have no idea how many people register, post an intro, log off, then forget to ever log back in. Lies. Lies! They don't "forget" to ever log back in, they're merely still away on their initiation mission. When the standard method of paperwork registration doesn't seem appropriate, the newblood is sent off on an importaaaaant mission instead. eg. Pwn cleaning the communal swimming-pool with a toothbrush, or Cere crawling around in the ventilation system - looking for the source of the bad-vibes.. D'you get all that, Hawk? Good. Welcome to MMLS. Pray that you're going to get paperwork over an initiation mission.

Paperwork you say? My one weakness!
Most of my finished work so far have been applications, from keygens to extractors all the way to small operating systems. I've kind of been court ordered to not release these things anymore, haha.
I planned to make my own engine but I have no idea where to start. I'm going to start attending a college in a few months that will guide me in the best legal way to use my talents for what I love. I have made a few "while you wait for my program to do its job, here's Pong!" Programs. Alas, they come with the package. They did however introduce me to the horrendously stressful joys of video game development! My current project is a small sidescrolling gem akin to megaman zero. When it is playable, I will post it for you all to test it out.

Howdy, hawkeyes. I'm the boss around these parts, and I must say I'm impressed with your resume. Please do stick around so we can soul-crushingly defeat you ourselves and save you the stress of not knowing when it's coming!
*Thwacks the vent shaft from below with the broom, since Cere hasn't made much noise up there in a while.*
I sure hope he isn't dead up there. We could end up with an Old Lady That Swallowed A Fly situation in search party form.
You should check out Tuttle's Legendary Travels if you haven't already. Blyka programmed the last demo so well that it actually ran on my computer without any mistakes. There are other fangames around here too, so make yourself at home and check 'em out when you're done filling out the paperwork. Or while you're filling it out. Just don't get caught.
