Great article. I love Cracked. I honestly think the game would be better if we could kick Paprika, I hate that damn dog!
Good to see Legends publicity. We need it. And they called in a great game like on par with Zelda and Mother!

Agreed, and on a well trafficked website too. I don't mind the idea of the kicking/shooting the animals. I wouldn't particularly use it for the "animal abuse" but I'm sure a missing with a buster shot and accidently capping a bird/cat/dog would give me a chuckle.

When I first played the game, I would try to go from rooftop to rooftop just to avoid them haha. Kicking them is possible in the US version I'm pretty sure though.

It is, but you only really get one kick. Once you get them once they'll give up on attacking you and go lie down until you leave the area and return again.

You do get free kicks/shots at the animals afterwards in the JP versions (I don't know how much this actually affected alignment though).

It's cool that they listed it as "great video game". Good good. Atomic Bomber was the game back in the day! Bought usb gamepads just to play it.
