Happy June, Stationeers!
We're starting off the month with some changes we've been meaning to roll out for a while now. We hope you approve and enjoy!
First up, the reaverbot ranking system we have has been adjusted to better suit the circumstances of forum growth and more easily acquired post count that's made possible by having an active series. Here's the list!
0000 [0] Mandomantal
0001 [1] Mirumijee
0020 [1] Foo-roo
0040 [1] Miroc
0060 [1] Fritto
0080 [1] Miitan
0100 [2] Zakobon
0150 [2] Arukoitan
0200 [2] Gorubeshu
0300 [2] Cannam
0400 [2] Poh
0500 [3] Ganburi
0600 [3] Sharukurusu
0700 [3] Habarool
0800 [4] Nakel
0900 [4] Karumuna Bash
1000 [5] Hanmuru Doll
1250 [5] Giwan
1500 [5] Garudoriten
1750 [6] Gai-nee Tooren
2000 [6] Rush Mammoo
2500 [7] Hippulbash
3000 [8] Wojigairon
5000 [10] Colossus
If you're familiar with the old system, you'll see we've made some BIG changes from the few randomly selected reaver ranks leading up to 1000 posts that we did have. Most of the credit on this goes to Eric Chiz and Buster Cannon, by the way.
Far be it from me to encourage posting for the sake of higher post count, but with Legends 3 developing as it is I think this is a well balanced set of ranks and I hope to see many more people attaining those higher ranks before long.
The other change made today is an increase in avatar size limit. Custom avatars can now be set up to 150x150, the same size as the default forum choices available in your profiles.
Not only does this open up more room for members to use, but it also means that all thumbnails from the main site are available for use. Screenshots, official art, even the fan art are all sized 150x150. I intentionally made them so with this plan in mind, and even specifically cropped certain ones certain ways so as to be better suited to act as avatars. If I had to guess, I'd say that's roughly 3500 or so new avatar options.
Examples:
NOTICE:
Some avatars may appear huge as a result of the newly applied code. Either clear your browser's cache or do a refresh whenever you happen across one of these troublesome avatars and that should take care of it.
