Hi fAB! It's been a while hasn't it?
As always, many thanks for the in-depth feedback. It's great to see your thoughts on the project so far!
Yeah, I do admit that the faces have been a lot of trial and error up to this point, being not my strong suits and such, especially for non-profile shots which I'm still working on. As admittably one of the biggest weaknesses in RMDL, I'll make a bigger effort into the consistency issue. Edit: Alright, let's make consistency an objective in this chapter. It's relatively short compared to the first two, so here goes.
As for Teisel's drastic changes, he's certaily more commanding isn't he? (I assure you he's no barbarian though!) Was actually aiming more for a boisterous German commander-type of personality (basically Teisel Classic but more dangerous). Guess it can't be helped if seen otherwise. Though it's pretty far from his encounter with The Blue Boy (TM), hopefully these first impressions of his loud outer image won't deter you completely.
Edit: By the way, were the asterisks supposed to lead to some additional details or something? I just noticed that they were only marking out consistency/inconsistency keywords, but that was about it.

Now, I completely oblivious to this iScribble promise of yours, HF, but did Ave perchance put you up to that?

No doubt, your Teisel is definitely commanding. And of course he couldn't deter me--I'm still very much interested in following where things go. I'll just have to remind myself that it's not so much a retelling as a re-envisioning. Keep up the good work! And yeah, the asterisks were just for linking the two words so that I didn't look like I was contradicting myself.

Kyle: I don't think so. Had this stuck in my scrapbook for quite a while before I started joining back into the weekend sessions. fAB: Oh? I admit you had me a bit worried when you said "the intro for the Bonnes totally turned me off". Also thanks again for pointing out the QUALITY faces. Update: And once again my favorite part of drawing is here.

According to the RMDL site, that marks your 100th page.

Interesting. RMDL police can actually cause some minor damage, as opposed to the real thing.

HF : Really? Huh. The gun looked like something from the Fallout series that Ave is ever-so-loves. Whilst we're on the topic of that image, by the way... Something broke the link. Now it's directing me to the belated April Fool's joke.

Dashe: Didn't notice until you mentioned it, thanks. So... is there usually something I do for this? Kyle: It's fixed now. Thanks!

Only if you want to do something to celebrate it. It's not mandatory by a long shot.

Dashe: Oh well. Anyhow, I'll consider preparing something in the near future once I find time for it. Update: New page's up!

Ah, standing on those was always awesome... until you get the jump springs and start to stand on lamposts that is!
Also Cool jackets. Can't stop complimenting the Police force's jackets.

Looking at that second to last panel, it makes me wonder if Rock's going to try and go up against the Blumebears using police equipment. That'd make for a brilliant change of pace.

MegaTuga: Oh yeah, forgot you can jump on even less likely city decorations with them! Dashe, Kyle: The worst part? Guess who's going to be paying for them in the games... A little something as an in-between and toto liven up the board a little (hopefully!). Page numbers are different as two extra pages have been inserted after this draft was made. I wonder how different the underground enemies will look now...?
