@ All: I see an interesting theory or two being thrown around. Discussions rising; exactly as I have hoped. @ MegaTuga: Yeah, so that rules out the possibility of Art. @ Steffie: Thanks for the feedback. @ SpaceCaptanFace: I start off by making a draft of the comic's pages (early example can be found on my works page here) and scan it in. And then I simply do a second draft, ink it, tone it (or color it), then add panel effects, text, and so forth. As for software, I use a combination of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SAI. You can (probably) get the first two from your local software dealer, and you can get SAI here. As for hardware, I use a tablet to do all of my non-vector work (more info and content on my Homepage). Update: The prologue arc appears to be coming to an end, barring the boss battle and escape scenes. But more importantly... NEXT WEEK!

All I can say is that it is going to be insanely refreshing to get a look at the sky once Rock makes it out of that ruin. What are the chances that first page where he makes it back to the surface will be in color?

HF has rocked the black and white tone for quite a while, always making it look awesome. Despite the fact he may have to go back to a single page a week, I'm on board with hoping that he adds color to the escape scenes. It'll make everything more pleasing to the eye.

@ Dashe & Mikey: The climax of the escape with Roll aiding Rock's escape? It'll be great to be in color, that's for sure. That is, IF he makes it to the surface... heh heh heh.

Well you can't leave them down there forever. I do love how vague you're being though. and don't worry, I saw your text before you edited it to a darker color. (was late in pressing the "post reply" button 'cause I was playing RS. XP)

Oh, he can absolutely leave them down there forever, or for a very long time. I don't recommend that course of action at all, but it isn't an impossibility, and it happens far too often with long-term projects of any sort. Including the Legends series itself.

@ Mikey: Oh well, I actually want these random bits of extra information to be found out.
@ Dashe: You mean, in the sense of 'postponed' or 'cancelled'? Or maybe some crazy example I'm probably unaware of...

In the sense of "I don't really feel like doing this as much as I did last week. I think I'll take a week off. Or two. Or three. Or ten." Then you wind up getting an update every year if you're lucky. See: "A Different Time," "Master System," anything on the Main Gate, and my Youtube channel. But you seem well-disciplined in the art of committing to your work so far.

But you seem well-disciplined in the art of committing to your work so far. Only thanks to lots of feedback, advice, and timekeeping supported by you, Mikey, and the rest of Legends Station as a whole. And yeah, it's a bad thought especially with such a solid (?) start (or so I'm led to feel). If outeside tasks like work, studies and so on interfere, I guess the only logical way around it is to do things FASTER. Edit edit: Things only seem easy so far, being limited to a closed-roof without too much to develop on asides from plenty of nostalgia. But once the story reaches Kattelox Island...

OH. MY. GOSH.I love how Rock can't do anything more than just grin when he sees old Han. That's a pretty epic next page preview you've got as well, HF. However, the thumbnail link seems to be... incorrect. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but it leads to a 404. Click here to head to the page 'till HF can get the thumbnail link fixed. :17:

Love it.
Just love it. By the way is there any meaning to those symbols next of our "Dommie"? Because I've always seen stuff like that in mangas and I think they are related with sound...
Also I love how the door is busted open instead of perfectly normal like in the game.

@ MegaTuga: In the case you described, the sound effect would be something like a "Byooooo" effect, with the intent of making it look like H.Doll's eye lit up brighter than default (pretty common in anime, but the whole point of it is to look cool). New Content: I put this off for too long, but let's have a full view of our main hero.

Nice and edgy I like his hair. You may also want to add in orthographic full-body views (side, back, 3/4) if you want to make a full-on character model sheet.
