Megaman Legends 3: Zero Hour
At the end of the last game, Megaman was stranded on Elysium with Sera and Yuna, both powerless to return to Terra. Meanwhile, Roll and Tron are grudgingly working together to build something to travel to Elysium to bring Megaman back.
As Megaman, you'll explore the ruins of Elysium, solving puzzles the Master left for you, trying to find an alternate way back home as well as finding out more about yourself.
As Tron, you'll delve into the ruins on Terra, with Roll acting as your Spotter, as you comb the tunnels for parts for your Elysium-bound vehicle. With the Elder System reactivating, the mechaniloids under its control are awakening, so Tron will have her work cut out for her...
When Megaman discovers just what the shutdown commands did back on Terra, will he want to return? Having attacked a Mother Unit and shutting down Elysium, the other Purifier Units have been released from their stasis, and they aren't too pleased with Trigger and what he's done...
And an old foe, defeated by Trigger, returns with a grudge and a new body...
-An expansive world spanning all of Terra, with cities and characters new and old. -The ability to hold up to three types of Advanced Weapons at once, switching them on the fly. -New, tougher enemies (circle-strafing won't beat every boss this time). -Some characters from other entries in the Megaman series will make appearances (The title may refer to one of them). -More customization for Megaman's weapons and armor.
The final episode in the Megaman Legends series, Megaman Legends 3.
Q4 800X. ----------------------------------------------------- Before anything else, yes, it's not real. Yet. >> <<
But, were a MML3 announced, would this be something you'd like to see?

What a terrible, non legends related name.
Before anything, please change the title to "Idea for mml3" since it's not cool to tease everyone like that, i personally was about to unleash the fu****g fury at you for a second when my RAGE level went flying like a sider cork at the sight of the deceivement.
Ok, your idea of the game was not bad until you began with the unforgivable, rainbowed act of crossovering other characters from the megaman series and related rainbow tree events. Personally i share with you many ideas i, myself, have had in the past. I noted most of them in text files and saved in my "game ideas folder" for the times i'll make an isometric legends game (possible, reachable and easier to make than 3D projects), i'll quote here the ideas i share with you that i find pleasing:
-As Megaman, you'll explore the ruins of Elysium, solving puzzles the Master left for you, trying to find an alternate way back home as well as finding out more about yourself.
-As Tron, you'll delve into the ruins on Terra, with Roll acting as your Spotter, as you comb the tunnels for parts for your Elysium-bound vehicle. With the Elder System reactivating, the mechaniloids under its control are awakening, so Tron will have her work cut out for her...
-When Megaman discovers just what the shutdown commands did back on Terra, will he want to return? Having attacked a Mother Unit and shutting down Elysium, the other Purifier Units have been released from their stasis, and they aren't too pleased with Trigger and what he's done... I agree with you there, you had exactly the same things i noted, except for the third one. Indeed, the other units are being released out of their inactivation, but not only the purifier units and also they're not much, since most are broken due to old age (the maintenance system was deactivated as well, so there was nothing taking care of the inactive bodies).
And an old foe, defeated by Trigger, returns with a grudge and a new body... I, too, thought it would be nice to bring back Juno with a new, probably better body, but unlike you, my version of juno is not an enemy since Data obliterated the backup system of Juno, so Eden ended up building Juno anew, and since there was no administrative units assigning him a place to command, Juno stopped being a bureaucratic unit and turned into a "civilian" (for lack of a thoughtful name) unit, there is a story i wrote about this and how you would find him in-game if you're intersted to hear it.
-An expansive world spanning all of Terra, with cities and characters new and old. -The ability to hold up to three types of Advanced Weapons at once, switching them on the fly. -New, tougher enemies (circle-strafing won't beat every boss this time). -More customization for Megaman's weapons and armor. I'm with you in all of these, props for the second idea, the one of three weapons, i didn't think of that. BUT!
-Some characters from other entries in the Megaman series will make appearances (The title may refer to one of them). FOR THE UNEXISTANT BEARD OF INAFUNE, F*** NO! God forbids the use of such foul characters into the beautiful world that is legends! What, do you want to see the legends series fall into a spiral of fail like Battle Network?
...The final episode... Oh, you fail.
So in conclusion, would this be something i'd like to see? No. Just partially and emphasis on partially, the flaws i found are considered EXTREMELY grave by my standards, i would definitedly spend all of my life savings just to go place a well earned kick in the crotch to inafune if he ever dared to put characters from other megaman series into Legends, the only character that would fit well is Blues/Protoman, and that's because there are various refs to the Light series in Legends, like Wily in MML1, enhough refs to allow another character from the light series without the game being a failure of epic proportions, but that's about it.

Firstly, I understand your rage at the subject, and have changed it to something hopefully a bit less rage inducing...
The entire Juno deal was pieced together from a number of other ideas I've read about... The idea was that he'd be...an Agent Smith-type character, of sorts. Showing up time and time again to make Megaman's life hell, each time in a new form or something...Wasn't too sure about this, but it sounded good in my mind.
As for the crossovers, which you seem so blatantly against... The amount of said crossovers would be extraordinarily limited in number. As in...2 or 3, at the most... The amount of in-game time between the Legends saga and the series before it is quite exceptional, is it not? The possibility of a small amount of characters from games previous being classified Purifiers and put in stasis isn't that large a leap, is it? And with Megaman's actions against Elysium, wouldn't it be possible that other Purifiers would consider him Abberant?
...No, really, I'm asking. My Megaman gaming experiences are limited to a bit of time with Classic Megaman, the entire Legends series, and a few of the early Battle Network games. I've also heard that recent entries in the Zero and ZX series have made references to Legends.
The crossover idea also was not entirely mine, but a mishmash of other ideas I've seen along the way. And pitching this idea to other Megaman fans, they didn't seem against it. And no, I don't want to see Legends fail horribly at all.
Also, as for the 'last game' thing, I say that mainly because it would likely be, as Legends has never been as popular as the rest of the games, and Inafune can't even convince Capcom to let him make another Legends game.
So, taking the crossovers and the 'last game' out of the concept, would you like to see a game like this?

Depends. Your description of the game is too vague for me to consider it as something likeable, of course i'm not counting the fact that, as things are now, EVERYONE would like a legends 3 game. Also, even considering the crossovers would be minimal, adding cliché characters such as Zero or Forte for example would stain the good image of the game, simply because there is already enhough of Zero in MML (the poster in yosyonke, the very Z-Saber you can obtain) and i don't see, and really do not see, how another character would fit into the story, they just wouldn't. If you added them as enemies or other units the fans would be too hyped about OMG THAT'S ELECTRIC MAN AND GUTSMAN AND ZOMGZOMG!!"!!11 that they wouldn't even pay attention to the rest of the story. Maybe they can appear as indirect references (again, like Wily the owner of the boats from MML1) because MML holds no relationship with Reploids or Mavericks or computer viruses, trying to add more depth to the storyline will just remove the finely crafted balance there is already.
The idea of the agent smith syndrome on Juno would be plausible if it wasn't for the fact that Juno's character does not fit a description like that nor a derivate, in the game he is calm and sticks to the procedures told by the system, that's simply how the game portraits Juno. Putting him with a desire of revenge is not like him since he is more like an emotionless character.
As for the other purifiers being enraged, the few rags of story the game tolds the player about tells of the fight between Sera and Trigger, assuming Sera is a Mother unit of high authority, she would be able to stop any grudges. (If Trigger convinced Sera that his intentions were good, i don't see why Sera would not simply command any defiance to stop).

My own views on putting Zero and other crossover characters in a potential Legends Three...if we can't have our cracked-out, subpar alternate versions of Tron, Bon, and Teisel making cameos in all those other Mega Man franchises out there, then crucial-to-the-plot Zeros and the like have no business in Legends. Period.

It's a good idea and all, but there shouldn't be crossovers from different Mega Man games. It jus wouldn't fit well with the plot.
