I actually have mine basically done: all the pieces are there, and they're all uploaded — I even have my submission PM written. I just have to hit the submit button. Now if only I could stop finding little things to fix every time I go to do that... :12: But man. Going head-to-head-to-head with you two? Yikes. We still get a badge just for entering, right? :01: (I am not an artist x.x)

I've been suffering from a massive brain-fart for the past few months due to all the madness surrounding MML3. A little disappointed I didn't get on this sooner. I have nothing. Maybe I'll have something to show for the 20 Year Anniversary Event.

About 95% done, but thanks to a ridiculously hectic work week, I'll probably still be handing it in at the last minute. That's generally how I roll.

Nice to see this is going smoothly for most people.
As for me, I've got a terribly overambitious thing I'm trying to do between now and the deadline that I probably will not finish even with a couple of all-nighters. Not that I won't try.
But there's a 98% chance you'll just get a last-second piece of fanart from me instead. >_> Just my standard disclaimer.

You still have a few days, inclover. You could come up with something. (Easily something better than mine XD)Santa Melty Can't wait to see what you come up with, even if it is a last minute piece of fanart. If you're going for that over-ambitious dealy you were talking about in paint-chat, all I can say is good luck to you. o__o; Well I sent mine in. I probably could've put more work into it between now and the deadline, but I'm going to be a bit busy this week so I figured I'd just send it and have it over with. Hope you guys like it. (I'm going to go hide now. :12:)

Likewise. Also likewise. (It is, and I thank you. I'll need it. )

Good to know others are bringing in their stuff semi-last minute.
My entry isn't anything to jump up and down about, really. Participation is the main point to me.

I'm almost done with mine, but I have to go back into the LBP level and make it more interesting. I procrastinated so I only started working on it two days ago. I've never done a level that quickly(I usually fiddle with it for two or so months) so the result is somewhat bland and simple(and quick). Not that I'm trying to do damage control or something, I think my level is pretty funny and most people, who know whats up, will love it.
Also, to add to the pressure this is the first level Ive done using the "layer glitch". It's a really complicated process but it allows you to put objects in the background where you normally couldn't and you end up creating awesome scenery. After the initial trial an error process I finally understood how to use it best. Compared to other levels out there it's used in an amateur way though.
Check out this awesome tutorial(not made by me. I wish I was as talented and suave as that dude) to get an idea of how complicated it can be.
Also I crammed in the hype train at the very end. I was contemplating whether to put you guys on it or not. It might be a little too cheesy.

You guys aren't gonna believe this- I managed to dig up some of those old comics I talked about! Alas that I could not find all of them (at the moment), but I managed to dig up one or two old relics from those days. If nothing else, those could serve as good starting points.. But I might need to look into one or two specifics, first... I know long ago, I said I'd found something, but I fear I might not make the deadline- my schoolwork is like a chain that keeps me bound. I really wanted to make something great, but the way things are now... I don't have much time... but I may yet have something to add- it's an old project, but I might be able to cobble it into something to put in here... yeah, I just do that, I'll keep you folks posted in the meantime.... *EDIT* I managed to cobble something together for an entry- a retrospect of old and new- I don't expect it to win anything, but I felt these two, would at least be worth something to see- I would rather have done something different, but with a job and school bearing down on me, I could do no more than what I have.... :03: All that is left is to PM my submission, then... humble as it may be..

As I mentioned on the paintchat last night, I finished. Although I got so caught up in the session at that point that I missed the sending-it-in step. That's taken care of now though, with a whole 8.5 hours to spare. Not cutting it nearly as close as I thought I would.

Sooo... I don't suppose there's any way at all I could get an extension until tomorrow? o.o
I'd understand if you say no, of course. And you already have my backup submission just in case. But I'm making good progress now, and I think I may be able to come up with something presentable given a few more hours.

Sure. Actually, if anybody needs an extension, just notify me. I'll put you in the poll, just be aware that your chances of winning anything slip the longer you wait, because people are naturally inclined to vote as soon as they see a poll open.
