People post forums everywhere and it seems improper. I feel that many people's forums cause members of the Mega Man Legends Station Forums to share some of their interest. Time by time...those members will share to much interest and break apart from the mega man legends station forums. Even though I'm not a controller of the forums, but I fear these moments...this has happened to me already. Its like mmls has become a net and throws stuff out for the extent of people's things. Just a warning. [something told me that I should post this forum.] At least the "Orange thing on Trigger's back" subject has brought me back into the world of the mmls My unwiseness may have thrown me off board but take my warning...

I think I'm understanding you, your saying that if someone goes to another forum they'll forget about this one.
I think this is true for some people, but not the majority, and I doubt there is any real thread in this.
If fab believed this was a problem, he would already of stopped it.

^_^ I have the MGB project on-the-run (since December) and my participation here hasn't dropped a bit (actually, it's increased with the creation of the Trivia Corner)
Having (and advertising) your new forum would be like having and advertising your own website (or blog if you have one). Almost everyone here has their own site, which most of the time isn't affiliated with MMLS (MMLE & that Pokémon place fab has (what is it...uh...Sneasel Plushie? That's it...) would be exceptions), but as you can see, participation really hasn't dropped at all...
And JMC has a good point - if there was any concern of MMLS become a giant billboard and not a community, it would have been silenced long ago.
And, if anyone forgets us, we'll just e-mail them until they come back. How about that?
EDIT: Come to think of it...I'm part of the Dragons Generation forums, and 3 chatrooms on WinMX...I'm more busy than I thought...

I appreciate your concern, but I honestly don't think it's anything worth worrying about. Back when I was an active member at MLU, a whole bunch of members went and started their own proboards. At least 8 such places instantly come to mind, and none of them turned into anything worthwhile. The best might have reached 25 members, with maybe 10 who actually posted. Most of them though, 8-10 members max, and next to zero activity. Though it may be un-admin-ly of me to say, I commonly refered to them as the "Proboards Losers".
It seems a similar thing is taking place here now. Since I haven't looked at most of these new forums popping up, I honestly can't say if they're the pathetic little places like those I mentioned above, but here's one big distinction:
Mega Man Legends Station Forums are paired with Mega Man Legends Station. A good site attracts people, and a number of those people will in turn join the site's forums. This more than anything else, is why MMLS has successful forums. All these people who just go and sign up at proboards and call it a website, don't seem to grasp this concept.
Bottom line: There are thousands and thousands of online hangouts. If someone's attention can be diverted to one of these little places so much that their activity at MMLS drops, then it's either because: 1. That person has little passion for MMLS, and wouldn't stick around long anyway, or 2. The little place is so good that it deserves to cut into MMLS's population.
Either way, as Teisel says, that's life.

Well...I guess it doesn't really matter now... um... How many people posted there sites already? Am i crazy or what!? If somebody puts a fan show off-like place, that means people are allowed to show their sites! Then what is this thread for anyway!? Sorry...I went crazy at the end...

*thinking to self: Maybe it's a good thing I hung on to that straight-jacket...
BTW, neat emoticons...but...those are MMBN emoticons, not MML ones, so I'm going to have to ask you never to use them again. (j/k, I'm not the boss, it's fab's decision)
