As promised, I've posted all of my Gameshark codes.Nice use of Eye of the Tiger. XD I lol'd. I rather liked the bit at the end too. I've never understood why the refractor in teh Cardon Forest wasn't booby-trapped. Thanks. =) Yeah, I never understood that either, especially considering how short the ruin is. I don't remember complaining about it when I was a kid though.

Alright, I said I was done with this topic... but that was before the next episode was posted. So here I go again, this time keeping my complaints ONLY on the writing and video editing, rather than the voice acting (because everyone already knows my opinion on that matter).
The first two or so minutes were terribly boring. Didn't laugh a single time. However, starting with the "Eye of the Tiger" scene, it became the best episode yet. The scene where Roll was driving the van had me laughing continuously, the smash bros. music montage sequence worked wonderfully, and the text based adventure game reference was perfect. The Strong Bad bit at the end was just icing on the cake.
After that initial two or so minutes, the only parts that lagged were the scene inside of the Gesselschaft, the other Mayor's office sequence, and the bit with the inspector near the end. Everything but that was good though. I would say you should try to tone down on dialogue parts in the future, since they seem not to be your forte.
Anyways, that's all I've got to say.

I'm glad that you haven't given up on me completely. =) I'm also glad that you liked the parts that I spent the most time on. And yeah, some of the dialog scenes can drag on a bit. Unfortunately most of them are unavoidable, so we did our best to make them entertaining. Something else to work on I guess.

This is great! Admittedly it can be a bit hit and miss, but with each video it's that much better. Also gotta admit those Dungeon Man references in Episode 2 got me laughing incredibly hard.

I found all three of them extremely funny. I had no problems with Rock's voice. I thought it worked extremely well. Roll and Teisel's voices and lines are highlights for me, as well as the yellow Servbot's voice, which as dead-on perfect. The third wasn't as funny as the first two in the beginning, but the entire dungeon montae made up for it. I tried downloading them to put on my iPod, but it didn't work, unortunately. I think it would have been funny if you had made Teisel badly sing a line from Eye of the Tiger, only to get interrupted.

Episode 4 is obviously late, so I wanted to give you guys a status update. It's coming along at a steady pace, but not quite as quickly as I would like. I'm in my first year of full time college, and my grades recently took a bit of a downward turn, so I've had to devote a lot more time toward studying and homework that would have normally been used for making episode 4. I don't have a time estimate (it's still in a very incomplete state), but be assured that I'm not losing interest and will get this done. By the way, I recently got a Twitter account. I'll be posting occasional status updates on there if anyone's interested. twitter.com/TauVertexI found all three of them extremely funny. I had no problems with Rock's voice. Regarding a post on your twitter: You had a problem with the L button on your DS Lite too? Join the club. I ended up having to buy a brand new DS Lite because of just that one button. Unfortunately, blowing into it did not help in my case.
People talk about the PSP being defective all the time, but I honestly think the DS Lite is the worst manufactured portable gaming systems currently on the market. My first Lite also had it's top screen image skewed so that it wasn't even a perfect square; it bent down towards the bottom-right corner. And my second Lite had a d-pad so stiff that it was nearly impossible to play games that used 8 directional movement.
Luckily, I've got a DSi now, and I haven't had any problems so far. Oh, and looking forward to the next video, whenever it gets done.

Oh, and looking forward to the next video, whenever it gets done. I'm inclined to agree with you. The DS Lite, while mostly good, seems to be very shoddily made. I've already replaced one due to stuck pixels and an L-button that only worked about half the time. Thank goodness for extended warranties. I also have fairly large hands, which start to hurt after playing a while because of the Lite's hard edges. I'm tempted to "downgrade" to the original DS for that reason alone.

No one seems to be commenting on your videos anymore. That's a shame. We'll, I'm here at least. Alright, so I've watched the video twice now and it is pretty good. There weren't as many laugh out loud moments as the last, but there was no shortage of good gags. The serve-bots were especially hilarious in this episode; Darth Serve-bot continues to be the main draw of the series. Teasel's obsession with green even worked well, and the family discussion was probably the funniest part of the episode proper. But you tried for something new in this video: setting up suspense. I'm sorry to say you did not do as well in this regard. The quick shot of a lone reaverbot shooting off to the right worked very well, and so did Megaman turning the corner to see a horde of the little creatures coming at him. But the disc shaped reaverbot encounter didn't work as well, and the invisible sharakaruso moment was a complete bust. It would have been so much better if you could have recorded him appearing right in front of you and charging straight ahead, instead of him clipping through a corner and then getting stuck in a block... in fact, I would have loved to hear some primal scream emit from the reaver when he attacked. Even with the whole dungeon scene being altogether boring, the stuff after the credits saves it. "Since you aren't going to get any sleep tonight anyways.... www.tvtropes.com" had me laughing so hard that I almost had to pause. And after that, Megaman being crushed by the platform while the Mario death music played had me laughing even more. Well, that's all I have to say, since I've already said I won't be bringing up "that" issue again. Keep up the good work, and I hope you actually finish this thing.

Most of the comments seem to be coming from Youtube now. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I can't really complain too much.
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it Though I think you misunderstood the intent of the ruin sequence. That ruin contains most of the original game's "scary" elements with the invisible reavers and Firushudots being the main things. I briefly considered making it seriously suspenseful, but I realized pretty quickly that that's not what I wanted to do. The sequence evolved into what could be called "parody horror". Done in that style, but intended for comedy rather than actual horror. I'm sorry it wasn't to your liking.
And yeah, "that" issue. No need to bring it up each time. I get it. And I seriously intend to finish this thing one way or the other, and the chances of that actually happening are looking very good. The main thing that's up in the air is whether or not it will continue on to Legends 2.

Started watching, great so far! Just curious, what are you using to edit?
Also, IMO this could be improved with a little less censorship. For example: "Yoink! That was easy. What the... AW $#!||)(()()7!!!" I'm not a huge fan of profanity but for anyone of a greater age than 13 it is undoubtedly humorously inept when used in moderation.

Swearing f****ing rules. Not if it's done like s*** though, and you overuse the h*** out of it. All you c***s out there that don't swear can suck my d***!
In all seriousness, I'm against profanity filters on websites, but not against self restraint. Swearing is very useful in short bursts, and even doing it too much can be funny in and of itself. There's a time and a place, of course. But jokes are definitely* funnier if left uncensored; at least 90% of the time.
*I think "Definitely" is the hardest word to spell in the English language. Even spell check can't help me with it.

Great series so far! There's a lot of original humor here, and I also like the in-jokes used (like Roll/Rock's relationship). I'm pretty impressed, keep it up!
Also, IMO this could be improved with a little less censorship. --- I'm not a huge fan of profanity but for anyone of a greater age than 13 it is undoubtedly humorously inept when used in moderation. Meh, IMO, the lack of profanity is one of the strong points of the series. I personally don't think that people need to cuss to be funny, as it kind of kills a lot of potential originality. I think the best humor is the kind that can be used in any audience.
