Haha, I know what you mean. I always felt there was no right or wrong way to do her hair, personally. Everyone seems to draw it differently.
Excellent spriting so far. I'm surprised I didn't see this earlier. D: You should share more of what you've done. I remember seeing a lot more in that file you sent me a while back.

Looks great so far, Mir@k. I know what you mean about the hair, mine always look really, really awful when I try to sprite her. Also, in project/art/music/etc. threads like these, you can double post if you're making an update.

Whoooa, those are nice. Bushwhacker Forest is my fav. And I see you filled out Roll's hair It's a shame our games aren't getting enough love.

Wow, Mir@k! Those sound wonderful! I agree with Inclover, Bushwhacker Forest is my favorite, too. The only problem I see(or rather, hear) is in Cursed Ruins, I think it would sound better if the drums were a little bit louder and more defined.

Cursed Ruins reminds me of Lufia 2, which is great, in my opinion.
It's all surprisingly dramatic music. I was expecting something Kirbyish. XD
Come to think of it, all of it actually reminds me of Lufia 2.

I have to say that music is pretty awesome, and the sprites look pretty cool too, although cursed ruins music kind of sounds over dramatic, reminded me of castlevania thats just my oppinion though.
I liked bushwhacker forest's music a lot and Shining Lake, the Refractor Mine also sounded cool.

Those tracks are so old skool. I think my ears just came... Dream Island is the best. Just out of curiosity, how long does it typically take you to make a single frame for a sprite animation? It drives me crazy. I have to go back and touch up Rock's sprite sheet for my PMD game and the mere thought alone is making me nauseous. Quoted for win and awesome.

Oh man don't tell me you're quitting? It shall be the end of the world if you do.
Anyway, i can't talk about times because your sprites are not pixel art. Want me to be honest with you? You take a lot less than i do, that's for sure. Art is better (for those who know how to draw) since you can do poses, hair, clothing and all that jazz pretty easily, while in pixelart a single pixel could make the whole sprite look teh crap.
It took a month just to make that animation. 'Nuff said.

That Roll sprite is lovely. I like how it even looks like she's looking at the ground when she's kneeling. It looks excellent, very professional.
