Here's a random question for yas: does any of you here use that ‘User Notes’ section of your Profiles? I do. *thumbs up* I've got a bunch of crap in there.. Actually it's not that much: my original and original original date registered here; a quick note about aspect ratios; a bit of grammar with ‘Lay’ vs. ‘Lie’; and that one sig I used to use that had ‘♥YUNA’ spelled out with them pipe-like characters. I used to have more I think...

I didn't even know that Proboards allowed user notes...I must've overlooked it every time I changed my avatar/name/signature.

It's relatively new I think. I remember thinking at one point: “Hmm.. that wasn't there before” but it must've been around for a good while. Personally I've never been sure what the real point of that is.. it says the staff can leave notes in other people's profiles, but what the point of that is I'm not sure(If I were a staff member I'd leave people fun notes from time to time, but that's not very productive..); and no one can read 'em but the owner apparently. I don't think I've ever used 'em for anything serious, though.

They've been there since I joined the forums about a year ago. I don't really use them.

I use mine for long strands of code I want to save. Like the blue bird that hatched out of the egg I had a couple of years back, or links to special emoticons.

For a while, I think I had the background colors of different posts so I could mock up some pseudo-spoiler tags.. but that was a while ago, and I'm not really sure.. either I didn't realize that different people use different layouts, or I stopped after the other layouts became available.
