I had noticed in one of my fandoms that there are fandom theories/ ideas that sound so rational, and believable, it makes one wonder why it's not canon yet.

While it's obviously had a lot of effort put into it, it really just isn't my cup of tea. If they could condense every type of music I don't like into one song, that would probably actually be really close. I think all it's missing is country western and perhaps an underlying track of "Me and God" by Josh Turner. I wonder, though. Why don't remixers ever do baroque, broadway and classical remixes of game music? Do I need to learn FL or something and just fill the niche myself? Personally I"d always wanted to attempt a classical remix of Mr. Softee's theme from...uh...ice cream trucks everywhere.

I think a fast paced techno remix of that ice cream song would be amazing, or perhaps a funky disco version, something to the tune of this: But I'm not exactly a musical genius. P.S, the youtube function doesn't work with youtubes shortened URLs. For future reference.

Everybody and their mom does techno remixes, though. A classical remix is something most people wouldn't even think to touch.

What about a deathmetal cover? Deathmetal covers are hilarious. I don't think it sounds good at all, but it makes me laugh. Like this cover.

Orion...that IS hilarious. There's a death metal cover of a Justin Bieber song as well that I found to be pretty good (and no, I dislike Justin Bieber with all of my being). www.youtube.com/watch?v=4S5A93xQg-M - Electro Funk version of a Taylor Swift song that I really really REALLY enjoy.

I know that this is what Motorhead would sound like if the composer for Final Fantasy VII was their producer. Jazz hands Lemmy, jazz hands.

That Deathmetal Teenage Dream cover sounded like it was sung by Cookie Monster.

That Deathmetal Teenage Dream cover sounded like it was sung by Cookie Monster. Like an east German Cookie Monster with a smoking problem. These are done by the same guy who makes Radio Disney and reggae versions hardcore thrash metal songs. I would post more, but I don't want to SPAM so I'll wait before posting.
