It is, just that it goes like a river, slow and steady. IMO, Devilock is the only one reminding me that it's moving, he's making the 3D models for the game and the coders are currently in standby.

A lot. -Modelers -Coders
...Anything anyone who kows about programming and 3D modelling is needed. As far as i know, storyboarding was covered a long time ago. There are lots of other projects in this site too, but all of them goes slow.

Assistance is VERY NEEDED! We got another 3D modeler, Hitez, but when I wrote him he said he Forgot (oh yes) and said he will be joining the army. I'm currently in the process of studying but also I'm designing Kattelox Downlown. I got decent textures but my problem is that they're all 1024x1024. JMC wanted Details, That's what he will get. If there's ANYONE that can contribute the least, even a single sound for the game, I'll be glad to talk to you!

I'll help you too, but you never explained me what size did you want the textures of. Also, i need to know more details about the rest of whatever you need, since i've adquired a lot of experience in relatively everything since last time we met.

OK I remember, the last thing on my topic is: I asked you what textures you got. For now I'm gonna be needing road rextures, sidewalks and houses. The resoultion is Irrelevant. If you can make them up to 512 pixels, It's fine by me. Even a Megapixel is Great. Post me some textures.

Well here's how the thing is. The time I joined the team, there was a game released and after that the team stopped. We're working on things from step one. As for the older ones, I'll upload the last version so you can download it. As for PSP... I'm not sure that this will become a Console. 1st of all the game will be free for download. If we want it to be a Console game, we would have to burn discs which cost and we're kinda short of cash It will be a strictly PC game (for now that is). If you want a more precise answer, the right man to talk is NotMyName. Unfortunately I haven't seen him in quite a while. I presume He's busy with School.
