I like the idea of the Bonnes and the Caskets working together. It definitely opens up a lot of options for Megaman Legends 3 if they ever decide to make it. The only bad part is you wont be able to fight those wonderfull battles against their huge machines, which practicly made MML 1 and 2.
Of course there is always Glyde, Bola and Bancoscus (spelling?). But yeah, that ending will just make MML3 completely new and fresh!

I dunno...it seems the misadventures of tron bonne had a great ending.....MML2 had a horrible ending...i was pissed when it ended looking at the planet....and MML1 came in second because it still gives a reason for a 3rd LEGENDs!!!
Roll (in legends 1 ending): "Maybe we'll come back and see the again sometime"

Legends 1, for sure. Data helps you save the island from destruction, you get to say good bye to everyone on the island (and the fates of some of these people change depending on what sub-missions you've completed), then the touching departure from the island you spent your whole adventure on, with all of the people waving you good bye. But it gets better, theres the excellent credits roll with a catchy song and sound bytes from all the cutscenes (very emotional). And whats an ending without the bonnes? We see the bonnes awful condition, drifting off into the sea and the uplifting "to be continued"

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, "Return to Kattelox is NOT a good idea". It is in fact a horrible idea. If you want to see Kattelox again, then just play Legends 1. There's NOTHING new there. Take a look at the map in-game. You got Clozer Woods, Apple Market, Downtown, Laky Jynn. Other than that and all the other grassy and industrial areas, there's nothing more. Not enough to revisit. It's like making, "MegaMan Legends 3: RETURN TO SAUL KADA" The only reason you have to believe that Saul Kada's so small, is that you've only been to one part of it. You've been to Nino, but have yet to explore the other outer-lying islands. You've been to Pokte, but have you seen all of Manda? No. I'm serious, there's nothing more on Kattelox. Nothing. There's absolutely no reason to go there after the defeat of Juno. None. NO reason. You can make a fan game of course, but an actual game? It's like... "MegaMan Legends 3: THE GUY IN YOSYONKE RETURNS WITH A LAMP" There's nothing exciting about that.

I picked Mega Man Legends 1. The ending is really great, especially the music, and the thing with the Bonnes is just classic.

The ending in mml1 makes sense more than mml2.

*sigh* That's because Legends 2 explained Legends 1's ending. If you'd only played Legends 1, you'd be saying it made no sense. Here are a few examples:
Who are Mother and Mother 2? Who is MegaMan Trigger, and what is a First Class Purifier Unit(though, if they'd left the second bit as Irregular Hunter, it would've made perfect sense)? What is Eden, who put it there and why? Why are Trigger's memories backed up into Data? Where did MegaMan come from?
All this and more was explained in Legends 2. The problem isn't that Legends 2's ending doesn't make sense, it's that there's no Legends 3 yet. And, honestly, the only question it really leaves you to wonder about is what the elder System is.
There is nothing wrong with Legends 2's ending. In fact, I'd say it makes more sense than Legends 1's.

Although saying farewell to everyone at the end of the first game was fun, I voted for Mega Man Legends 2. Mega Man deserves to get stuck in space until he finishes puberty.

I love MML2's ending because of its detailed explanations (kinda). Though Trigger and Roll don't realize that the original Matilda (not Yuna's soul IN Matilda) and Joe are Roll's parents, the player realizes it. Then there's the explanation of the Master and his purpose and the Ancients. Strange how Capcom would make things make more sense in only the second game (chronologically). --If you don't understand what I mean, play the X series. EX/ First X is destined to kill Zero (maybe it's the other way around - I forget), then vice versa. The true mystery is Mother. I think what Capcom meant by Mother is Mother Nature, or God. Funny how this game reminds me of Christianity. You may think it sounds insane, but I have studied the Bible, and this game resembles it somewhat. Huh... Anyway, it's a good enough ending for the series, even if they do make MML3, because Trigger WILL eventually be taken back to Terra. Just 2 questions: What will the Elder Units do? And will Yuna get a new shell/body? (Maybe she will wander around as a soul, or even die! That would stink.)

Everyone knows that Matilda is Roll's mother.. that's pointed out in the FIRST scene. .. There are several mythological references in the games, it's not just christitanity. It doesn't really mean anything, it's all just there. "Mother" was most likely Yuna. "Mother 2" is probably Sera. There's some debate about that, but ultimately the two of them have to fall into the pattern some how. Elders were part of the System the Master's people got rid of. To this day, I don't think anyone here really knows what the elder System was. I hear ZX is trying to explain it, though. As Legends goes it's all Capcom really has to explain, in my opinion, for the series to be complete. Yuna can probably get a new shell in the same manner Juno would've been replaced in Legends 1: through Eden. Though with the System being shut down, I'm not entirely sure how well that would work. They'll figure something out. S

The Mega Man Legends ending was the best because of the Bonnes'. If it weren't for the huge refractor and Bon's echoeing "Babuuu" I probably wouldn't have liked it as much.
