I respect singers. It looks very hard. Even though some people say "Oh, that's so easy! Anyone can do that!!" When they try to sing it sounds awful XP I know about that all too well...every time my mom sings in the car, I'm almost afraid the machine will blow up because to me she sounds like somehow she's both sharp and flat at the same time. And to think, she believes she's actually talented! (Like Phoebe from Friends...) I know it's not a very nice thing to say, but it proves that singing is DEFINITELY harder than it seems.

My strings teacher thinks she is very talented in singing. But if you hear her sing... Well, lets just say she's not good at it. It's hard to tell someone that they may not be as good at something as they think. I'm sure that's why no one has told her yet.

Yeah, especially if the person's older than you or they have some kind of authority over you (such as control over your grades, paycheck, or allowance.)

I would find it very embarrassing if my mom/dad sang around the house. A few of my friends parents' do that. I wonder if they do it on purpose sometimes?

They probably know they stink at singing and just want to get on people's nerves.

I sing sometimes. I'm not really bad at it. I think. I don't know, sometimes I think I'm pretty good, but other times it's just bad. I'm pretty good at playing drums though. That's a lot of fun. I really want to play guitar, though. That looks cool!!
My ma sings all the time, but she's not really that bad at it. It's her choice in music that I don't like(*points to signature banner*). She's always singing mainly because she's like in choir or something at church so it's always religious, soft, quiet, boring stuff. My dad probably sings to my little brother and sister sometimes. He's not perfect or anything, but it's not painful.

I'm passionate about music. I can play guitars (a Guitar, a Baritone, Bass, Fretless Bass). I would love to purchase a set of drums, but the neighbors are picky about everything and besides, a decent drum kit is expensive. I've played on rehearsals, but it's tough sitting on a right-handed kit whilst being a lefty. Sat in front of a lefty kit once, didn't leave it for 2 and a half hours, it was grand ;D I got an ear for music and a voice. Before puberty I was a baritone-tenor, now I'm a baritone-bass. When I have a cold, I'm a true bass and I often sing like that ;D. I've also mastered the falsetto technique, and with that I can go pretty high . I can also perform them screams and growls from metal music, but Played with a horsehead fiddle once, it's a two-stringed Mongolian violin, it's got a specific sound which I love. I'd love me a lot of instruments. I'm prone to experimenting and passionate about a lot of instruments, but I just can't afford all of them, and the fact that I'm a left-handed musician makes things even more difficult for me. I wouldn't know if you count PC software as an instrument, I write drum and bass tracks there for my songs

I play guitar, drums, bass, harmonica, ukulele, a bit of keyboard, jaw harp, and whatever else I can get my hands on. I mostly do software sequencer stuff nowadays, though.

I played the piano for a bit more than a year, but I was kinda busy at the time and forgot about it.
A shame really...
