Do any of you play any instruments? I play the piano and the violin. I've been taking piano lessons for 9 years...and I started violin lessons in September! I wish I knew how to play the flute. =P
What can you play?

I've been playing the piano for a long time, although I don't consider myself to be very good at it, and I've been playing the guitar for about two years. Pretty standard instuments, but oh well! I love them both. ;D

My Mom tried to teach me to play the piano... I have perfect fingers for it. Really long and can spread far apart, but I just don't have the interest. But I can mess around with a key board. At one time I could sort of play the music from TMOTB when you play as your favorite servbot and rescue Tron and Teasel. A shame my key board broke... It would be nice to play an ocarina, though.

I can play the piano and drums. It's been YEARS since I played them though. I kinda quit.

I play a trumpet and a little bit of guitar. However, I stop playing the guitar because my dad keeps complaning about it. The guitar is not as loud as my trumpet, unless it was an electric guitar.

I can play the Bonne theme song and that training mission song from MoTB on the keyboard, but not much else. I sing, if that counts in any way...

Nope, unless you've got a voice that record-label-worthy. I mean, ANYONE can sing in the shower...

Not quite record-label worthy, but I did get a platinum record on Karaoke Revolution Expert Mode on "the Wind Beneath my Wings" without actually singing any of the real lyrics.

Awesome! I really respect singers, especially since I can't croak out a note. After all, there's a difference between singing and singing well. The voice is one of the hardest instruments to master.

*Thinks of the girl in Evanescence.*
She's got a beautiful voice. Must've been a lot of work.
Although since I was a drummer, I got into the habit of drumming on everthing I find. I could still bust a groove whenever I want to.

I WISH I could play an instrument: the piano.
As some of you know, I simply LOVE Elton John. He is the greatest song-writer of all time. The only music I listen to is Elton & Styx.
Elton songs I want to learn how to play (in order of want-ability) 1. Ticking 2. Someone Saved My Life Tonight (The greatest song of all time) 3. Bitter Fingers 4. Curtains 5. Madman Across the Water 6. Pinball Wizard 7. Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me 8. Grey Seal 9. I've Seen That Movie Too 10. The Ditch is Back (Replace the D with B)

I was in band for three years. I used to play the Bb clarinet, then the bass clarinet, then I lost interest, got pissed at the director, and quit.
I've tried playing the piano but I just can't. I can't make my hands do two different things at once. -_-
I love music, I can't sing, and I am just not cut out for it either.

Yes, absolutely. I play the drums in a little band, I play along with songs all the time. Jam with whoever whenever I get the chance. I play at church. I also am a very good trumpet player. I play in bluesberry jam, at school! We win all kinds of provincial junior jazz awards... and we only have 4 trumpets so I do alot of soloing too. I enjoy the drums more, and I could actually play in our jazz band... if I didn't play trumpet in regular band as well. Oh and I'm not a little obnoxious drummer who thinks he is super cool because he can play. I find the drums to be on the best sounding instruments in the world. Oh, and I also sing in a choir... although my voice can't go super high in tenor or low in bass. Nonetheless I'm very much in tune and sound very good. Oh... I have a good falseto lol. And yes not enough people today respect singers its no longer "cool"

I respect singers. It looks very hard. Even though some people say "Oh, that's so easy! Anyone can do that!!" When they try to sing it sounds awful XP
