Just because Glyde's eccentric and feminine and... er... other similar doesn't neccessarily mean he's homosexual. And he can't be, for the sake of my fanfiction! Tron+Glyde for the hilarious lose. There's lots of antagonists who seem very effemenite like that (and even may say some slightly homosexual sounding things, such as in Glyde's case), but are probably not homosexual. Botos in Command Mission, that one prince guy in Mon Cole knights, Don Patch, etc. etc. Well, Don Patch might actually be a woman, who knows? I just can't fathom the thought of any Legends characters being homosexual. It just doesn't seem to quite fit with an 'E' rated game.

Well, Aimman, perhaps you should check out that " Dirty Glyde Gesture" topic. There's a lot of uncut material in Legends - even over here on this side of the globe. Compared to some of the other stuff, homosexuality is really no big deal - not that there's anything wrong with it anyway..

There's no real problem with the possibility of Glyde being homosexual, but you just have to admit that, as someone said earlier, it seems like the ESRB wouldn't really be willing to let homosexuality into E rated games. About the Glyde gesture though... Hrm... Well it's... er... sort of hard to see... so we can't really be sure about it, right? Ha ha, who am I kidding? Glyde's just got a bad 'tude.

I would be disappointed if Glyde was gay. Stereotypes are boring... But I got to laugh hesitantly at the beginning of MoTB. XP I should write a fiction about Roll and Glyde... Then you all could understand how the relationship could work.

It's beyond the Glyde gesture though. There was the porno mag in MoTB that wasn't cut at all (I think it was listed as something different though). In the original(Japanese) version Servbot #40.... ick. Yeah, you find him sniffin' Tron's sheets. (lucky bast-err... I mean. Nevermind.). And of course, while you don't see anything, twice MegaMan's seen Roll naked, once Tron, and once Sera. I half think it's a good thing this series isn't popular, because look what parents have reduced standards to in popular kids' games/anime these days. They just don't make gamers like they used to.

It wouldn't matter if legends was popular, the media attackes the most appolling thing they have ever seen. The news seems to only attack GTA, not a games like postal. MML may have the semi-nude stuff but the media doesn't care even if it was in the Battle network or Zero games because they are thinking it's E-rated kid friendly.

Untrue. Particularly as far as Battle Network goes. Look at the EXE Anime. They censored that to the point where it's gone from crap to ... uhh... flaming crap? I'm pretty sure the games got some minor language censoring too. Also, wasn't the blood censored in the Zero series? I only played the first one(in Japanese >_< , but I thought at least some of the bloodshed in that was censored.

...but I thought at least some of the bloodshed in that was censored. They just turned the color from red to green (or some other color). It's really doesn't matter because we are all off topic! ^^;

Seriously, how much bad stuff can be in a cartoon about Battle Network? Also, go Tron. She's awesome.

Well... that's exactly the point. There was next to nothing wrong with it(Gauss is a flaming homosexual cross-dresser, but well yeah..). They cut out everything they could think of though. the dulled the edges of blades in swords(seriously, what the hell?), cut out every scene with MegaMan's buster facing the screen, I'm not even sure anymore. There were tons of edits. Particularly horrid horrid name changes. Loads of stereotypes - like Hinoken(Mr. Match) is a red haired fellow and thus must be Scottish. They edited out the most pointless of things as far as lines went, completely altering things that actually made sense into an incoherent mass of a script no one over the age of 10 would appreciate(like, people mentioning things before they happened, or people who weren't even there when something happens, talking about it happening >_<). Well, one could be a little bit more well into the double digit age and appreciate it, but those people would most definitely need to be stoned.
The weird thing is, when the anime in Japanese started to suck, they started dubbing a little bit better in English(as in, not cutting out every little thing that's even slightly suggestive). But even then it still sucked on its own. What phun.
And the EXE anime is still going on in Japan... >_> Move over, Zero, the EXE anime's life span may well give ya a run for your money.
Since I'm runnin waaaaaaay off topic, I'll attempt to turn it back around.
Yes, Tron is awesome. she's no Yuna, though =P
