...Huh. Not very often that people share their school projects. But still, it's not very often that people do drawings for their school projects either, so... You just found a shiny pokemon! So far I'm really liking what I'm seeing, even though both situations were much to your dismay, you portrayed them pretty awesomely. How many more pages are there? Knowing me and my bad days, I'd probably have two or three completely filled notebooks by now.

Are you sure it's their thighs that are fat, and not something else?Anyway, before I make anybody lose their lunch... New topic! Me and my dad went out to the mall today, and I wound up buying stylish armor for my 3DS. The inside is padded, so if it gets dropped or anything silly like that, it's less likely to be a fatality to the system itself. I also wound up eating a two-scoop waffle cone as well as part of a slice of cookie cake. So far, it's been a pretty good day.

Malco's Screenvision is awesome. Baby, it's cold outside! 'Nuff said. Alvin & the Chipmunks: ChipwreckedOkay, so following the events of the first two movies, there's a 3rd munk movie, making the story a trilogy! The Chipmunks (including the Chipettes, of course) are planning to sing at the International Music Awards in a few days, and are traveling in style via Luxury Ocean Liner. But, we all know how Alvin is, and things are never that easy! After getting in trouble multiple times on board, Alvin actually manages to ruin the trip for the entire group, getting them stranded on a nearby island. If you plan on watching this movie, prepare yourself for Pelican men, Spider bites that induce awesome french personalities, Responsibility Imbalances, Loads of competitive "Boy vs Girl", romance (kinda), and much more! I enjoyed every second of this movie from the start, and it still retains the charm that the first two movies did. I do wonder if the munks ever finished school... Ah well. The movie gets a 10/10 from me.

Hah! I went to see a movie (that I'll post about soon) today at Malco, and the very first song that started playing on Screenvision was the Lady Antebellum Version of the song. It was also when I realized the situation was reversed; rather than the lady playing hard to get, it's Volnutt. Needless to say, I was partially laughing throughout the portion of the song that played. Now showtune spoofs are slowly becoming a part of my everyday life. :12:

Grrrr. View from the top. :33: Ah well. I had fun while it lasted. Such a shame to see it end... especially when the implied "0" at the beginning of the image numbers led me to believe it'd stick around much longer than this. :17: My vote for the last image goes to #5, because of how it puts so much emphasis on the punch panel. I love it. Cheers, MCC.

It's a Megabot!FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRE!Update: Ave's SeraIt's been a while since there's been a solid session. Or at least, it's been a while since I've actually paid attention to one. As well as a while since I've actually posted caps I've taken... I seriously need to get back into the groove. :22: Anyway, Ave hasn't given any real indication that he's finished with Sera, so that's what she looks like for now.

Oh wow... I would've responded sooner, but I have a fairly long video I've been fighting with trying to get uploaded myself, and still haven't been successful due to relatives... :11: But yeah, wow. That's pretty much my 1-word summary of the whole video. I was skeptical of the situation at first, but when it turned into another musical... just wow. But along the lines of input, nice job on it! I thought that Volnutt/Tron situation was going somewhere completely different, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Awesome!

The storyline sounds like it'll definitely be worth it if the main villain actually makes fun of Groose. He's one of those bullies that makes you hate him from the start. I still have yet to pay any serious attention to Skyward Sword, but just like with Twilight Princess, I know I'll get to it eventually... :12: This probably isn't the best place to discuss it, but yeah. I'm getting there.

Okay, lets dust off this topic, eh? This one's for the 3 movies I got for Christmas: Rio, Cars 2, and Wall·e. RioThe main plot in Rio revolves around a blue macaw, who gets "birdnapped" out of his natural habit in Rio (fancy that!), and gets shipped off to Moose Lake, Minnesota. On the way to the pet shop, "Blu", as he's called, gets knocked out of the truck, and is found by Linda, who raises him domestically in America for 15 years. Because of this, Blu is unable to fly. An opportunity arises one day where Blu must return to Rio. Although he looks just like the many birds that reside in Rio, Blu is 100% American, and doesn't fit in at all. Thus, hilarity and drama ensues. Overall, Rio is definitely an enjoyable film for those who enjoy heartwarming touchy-feely films sprinkled with hilarity throughout. Heck, it's got George Lopez as one of the Voice Actors. Need I say more? The story is easy to follow, and it's really well made. It gets my 10/10. Cars 2Pixar didn't waste any time with this one. Right from the beginning, you're thrown into the action, with a British car having paid a random sailboat to take him to the middle of nowhere at sea. The British car is obviously made out to be a spy when he begins jumping from boat to boat without being seen, using Grapples, Sticky Wheels, Compact Cameras, and all sorts of gadgets to navigate and recon a series of oil rigs. This immediately struck me as being based off of another popular British Spy scenario. Yeah, that one. The plot's a bit more twisted and situational as Mater the Tow Truck seems to be put more into the spotlight (for better and for worse) rather than Lightning McQueen. The plot's definitely clever, but after a story like the original Cars, the events in Cars 2 are not what you'd expect. I'm not sure how I felt about it. It was a pretty good plot, but it felt like it was trying too hard to be something that it's not; in contrast to the original. Overall, the story's nice. But, I felt that it joked a bit too much about cheating death and getting killed, which is probably why it felt so different from the original. Otherwise, between those events, the idea is conveyed nicely, and Cars 2 gets an 8/10 from me. Wall·eRight from the beginning, Wall·e is made out to be a tiny little robot working to compress and stack cubes of trash, mountains of which are around him. So once again, the viewers are thrown into the middle of the storyline, but what else is there to make of it? The trash looks as if it's been there for a long time, and Wall·e seems to be one of the only intelligent things left on Earth, besides a lone cricket; but why? So, we get plenty of time to learn about Wall·e as he works. There were also apparently many other Wall·e robots, but the particular one that stars in the film is presumably the last functioning one. Wall·e is a robot of few words, and instead prefers to watch, learn, and be just like Curious George. He leads a simple life of stacking trash cubes, finding and putting whatever he finds interesting amongst the trash into a lunch box, and camping out in what appears to be a smaller version of a Sand Crawler from Star Wars when odd wind storms begin sweeping across the land. As the plot continues, things begin to make more sense. Why trash is covering the Earth, where all of the humans have gone, etc. There's a few "in the future" ideas floating around, and Wall·e portrays one well. I find the plot to be original, but also a bit exaggerated. The chances of Wall·e's portrayed future are lower than zero, but I've enjoyed fictional "what if" stories too. Plus, Wall·e's love interest is even more heart tugging than one would think, seeing as he is a robot of few words, and her name is one of the things Wall·e says the most throughout the film. Overall, a fun and enjoyable movie, and probably one of the greatest. It's a no-brainer how Wall·e became so popular in such a short time. I give it a 10/10. And, that's all I have for now! Now if I could just focus on my games more.

Well, I did it last year, and a fair amount of people responded that time, so why not again? List out what you got for Christmas this year, if you're comfortable in doing so. I certainly got plenty of games... - Zelda: Skyward Sword
- Epic Mickey
- Sonic Generations [3DS]
- The Sims 3 [3DS]
- Mario Kart 7 [3DS]
A few movies... along with the usual stocking of candy. I had also pointed out a copy of Megaman 64 in a book and music exchange that my dad bought me. Mainly for novelty. I doubt I'd ever see a copy of it ever again, so I figured why not? I also got close to 200 dollars, half of which came from my grandpa, the other half from relatives. Enough about me. Somebody else go.

Sorry about not voting last week, I wasn't really feeling them. And... I don't want this to be the last image! Then where will fAB post to prove he's not dead every Sunday?! I would get even more dramatic and emotional, but that only ever really works in real time... Yeah. Anyway- My vote this week goes to #2. It's just... perfect. Nope, I do not see a door. :12:

Alrighty, so in my request, Megaman looks as if he's learning how to use his jet skates. That's a pretty creative idea, actually. It gives a whole new perspective to the game; it's not like Megaman would automatically knows how to use the Jet Skates if it were real life, right? The background image adds a bit of charm, although using the skates in a house might not be the best idea... The drawing is awesome; I like the detail used on Volnutt and Roll... It's definitely better than anything I could ever do. The short comical conversation was amusing as well. All in all, I like it. Thanks Legendary Emerald! I'm... not sure what to make of the progress shot. It's certainly random enough... It also appears that you raged like I did, but apparently not nearly as hard. Your hair isn't grey. Good job though! Everything worked out in the end!
I decided not to comment on everything because I wanted to avoid being redundant (they're all awesome, honestly.) I do, however, want to personally applaud Speculator for not getting rid of that speech bubble I made while he was working on Barrett in iScribble. I could've sworn he wouldn't include it in the final product. I'm going to get get you. Somehow. :01:

Heck, I've enjoyed what little I've played of it so far... I dunno if I'll ever directly get involved in the GMOtM community, but it'd be nifty to play Mario Kart with people who are (at the very least) interested in Legends. I'll have a look if my mom ever get our wi-fi working again. Since I can't play around with online features, is there anything else you can explain about it, Handlebar? Any notifications that would appear to signal people are racing? Whether or not you'd post if people were? That sort of thing?

He was probably referring to your avatar. It actually does... look kinda like a penguin. Huh. If it's supposed to be something different, give us a hint! Moving on, welcome to the forums, Snow! And what a nice time you've picked to join us. My area hasn't gotten any December snow this year, so darn. Don't think that registering during the holidays will get you out of the paperwork! In fact, MMLS actually has a special extra stack of forms for people who register within the month of December! Have fun filling those out, eh?

Well this is new. The 2011 is under the badge rather than across from it. I'll list out my opinions, comments, and compliments later. Gettin' started on Skyward Sword... I doubt I'll ever get to post in the WtLGYB thread with all of the games I keep starting... :01:
