I've been using these two images as wallpapers on my phone for the last week, all of your works are gorgeous, but these two are spectacular! the colors, the mood, the composition... I guess all they need to be perfect is a little bit of red... (Did you get that reference? of course everyone here gets it... it's a Legends reference after all)

She's looking pretty good! Does she have any motif, personality quirk or strong characteristic that defines her? It could be used to name her, that's how I typically name my own characters, for example: I turned my incomplete fan game I've mentioned before into my own original webcomic (shameless self promotion again, I know 😅) the main characters are based on Yuna and Sera, and I wanted to create a night vs day motif for them, so I named them "Luna" and "Sol" which means Moon and Sun in Spanish, and it also kinda sounds like Yuna and Sera, so there's also a hidden pun or reference. If you need any help with Blender maybe I could be helpful, I've recently began using 2.8 so I'm not accustomed to the new UI yet but anything related to modelling, texturing or animation just ask!

Hello and welcome Ramiro! If there's something I love about the Legends series is its cell-shading style, and I think your shader looks awesome as well as your 3D models. Now, I'm not a pro game designer but I know a couple of things that may help you with your project, I had a project called "The Master System" you can find the thread on this same forum, it's a project on which I spent 6 years of my life basically because I, 1) had lots of ideas I wanted to throw in but 2) I didn't had the necessary skills to make them a reality, I also 3) had no real guide or plan on how to develop the game and features, and 4) I had really high expectations of my project and I did not allow myself to lower the bar even a little according to my capacities. I don't want to sound rude or discourage you, it's all the contrary! I want you to know what are some of the problems you might face while developing your game and think how to avoid them or overcome them according to your preferences or abilities. It might help you reading the thread of my project, it's a 6 year long thread so it's quite lengthy, but I think you'll catch something useful only by scrolling through it.
That's a lot of speaking about myself, I'm sorry 😅 What are your plans for your game? Do you have any preferred game engine? Is it going to have linear levels or areas free to explore?

I too believe that Luna and Sol would probably never go to space, but the background is fitting because of the moon and sun theme their characters are based on. I love what you do with the shading and lighting, and that water effect on your past post is also amazing 🥰 I've honestly never got comfortable with the AMS logo, I had no idea what the logo should be at the time I was planning the comic, the only thing that came to my mind was to try different ways of merging together those letters, the colors are also not the best I could choose from, but at least I managed to make something kinda abstract that I could explain its meaning someday... I like the metallic shading you gave it, maybe I could change the color and materials of the logo depending on the mood of each chapter? I'm not sure how I would make that tough... I would love to post your fan art on my social media even if you have none of them to appropriately credit you, but if you don't want I would still be as grateful to you as I am right now 😉

I don't think Sera and Gatz's fusion is similar to the fusion dance or the earrings fusion, it's an assimilation of another entity, just like when Majin Boo fuses with the other warriors; the assimilated subject gets unconscious but provides the powers and abilities to the host.
(Right now I'm on mobile browsing the forum via Tapatalk, its highly inconvenient when I'm trying to quote a post, specifically a really lengthy post like yours so I'll write whatever I have to say and expect you to understand what I'm talking about 😅😉)
I do think exactly the opposite way you think about sharing stuff with unknown people, I get really nervous when someone close to me watches my works or try to speak with me about it, but I'm ok if an unknown person knows about it, mostly because I won't feel discouraged if it speaks trash about what I do because I don't care about the way they look at me...
I'm a big fan of people who manages to craft amazing stuff with limited resources or simple, cheap or free software, I think you can clearly see the talent and potential of people who makes the most out of whatever they have or love to use even if it's not 100% suitable for the job. I hate that I can't give you some solid positive feedback so you can keep improving your skills (My own shading and composition skills are not so good as yours) but I want you to know that I'm your fan 😉

I was inspired by your artwork SULucina so I decided to update Luna's battlesuit, I followed some of your suggestions to craft it; there's the crescent moon symbol front and center, but it's sideways, there are now some better looking stripes along the suit, the new color palette is a lot more harmonic, there's a new backpack inspired on the one on Volnutt's armor and last but not least, Luna rocks a single long braid. I'm really happy with the result so I'm planning to design Sol's suit next. But I'll leave it for later because there's a new contest on Webtoon for Spanish speaking folks that I want to participate in, unfortunately Autonoma does not fit well in any of the two categories for the contest so I'll create a new comic for it. Well, technically I won't be creating a new comic but rather resurrecting a very old one I drew back in my highschool days, that I only showed to my brother and sister, so I'm kinda pumped up about that project. I dug out the carpet on which I still preserve approximately 200 pages of that comic (I believe I lost some of them but I'm not sure how many pages are missing) so I could remember the "essence" of it... I hated that essence, most of it it's really cringy but that's to be expected because I wrote it when I was like 13 years old, fortunately I have been rewriting the whole story in my head for the last 14 years so I'm pretty confident that I can now reboot it in a logical, not so cringy story. Please wish me luck!

Mat Pat from The Game Theorists speaks about the main timeline in the Megaman universe, specifically how Willy ultimately manages to destroy all mankind through his actions. Most of what he mentions is already well known to all Megaman fans in general but it's still an interesting video, plus it may turn more people into fans of the Legends series, who knows?

That's the most amazing piece of art I've ever seen! Juno is my favorite boss from the Legends trilogy, and Sera's second form is the best ultimate transformation on all Megaman games in my opinion (Copy X from Megaman Zero is also one of my favorites just because he looks pretty similar to Juno and Sera's second forms) but I never ever imagined how would they looked like while fused, now I now it's so amazing that I'm crying 😭 I don't think Roll would stand a chance against them, not by herself at least, but maybe if she were to fuse with Tron and transform into supersaiyan 4... 😏😏
Here's a funny story: I have the theory that Sera's ultimate form is the result of her fusing with Gatz, I believe that, while Sera was fighting against Megaman for the first time, Gatz tried to assimilate her in an attempt to stop her or slow her movements, that's why she says something like: "Gatz is trying to assist you by interfering with my internal systems" but due to Sera being stronger than Gatz, she instead "absorbed" Gatz into her system, that's why she has those big wings and long arms, similar to Gatz's wings/feet and gains new powers, so after watching your drawing I think we are seeing Juno fused with Sera while she's fused with Gatz, similar to how Picollo fused with that other Namek guy and then fused with Kami.

My first crush was also Roll Casket, then there's Aerith and Tifa from Final Fantasy VII (Even to this day I can't decide which one I like the most) and some years later I fell in love with Yuna from FF X-2, most people dislikes the change in attitude and appearance she went through, I don't understand why, she's still adorable even when trying to look cool and edgy.

I've actually took the inspiration from that exact concept art you mentioned! I think it's kinda weird the way Yuna's pigtails plug into her head so I designed Luna's hair extensions to be connected directly to her head gear.
I like what you suggested about them having her own crests on their suits, I can't believe I didn't though about that while designing them, it's such a basic but powerful way to make them stand out more from each other!
Also... Is that the first ever fanart of my own series? It's wonderful! Did you know that I have a little list with some goals that I want to achieve on my artist career? I think you just crossed out one item on that list 😉 I would love to post it on my social media after you've finished it, if you're planning to finish it and if you're ok with that, of course.
I really like the change of the color scheme on Sol's suit, I usually struggle a lot with colors and which ones look better together (It might be because I'm partially color blind, if that's even a real thing) but I'm trying to learn a bit of color theory to improve on that.

Thanks SULucina! I've been improving my linework and proportions thanks to that cheap Wacom tablet I bought some time ago, also studying a lot more about anatomy (I'm not talking about anything dirty, I swear!) About Luna's locks, I'll tell you a little secret... Those are actually hair extensions, she loves to change her looks once in a while so she has tons of different accessories like that, you'll see her rocking some cute twin pigtails or single or double long braids. On the contrary, Sol is kinda resistant to change so her hair won't change drastically over the time. Their casual outfits will also change from time to time and their battle suits will receive upgrades along the way, but I'll try to make some clear differences between them to retain the day/night motif I'm going for with their personalities and appearance.

Hello everybody! I have been really silent about my project on this forum, basically I've been really busy trying to manage my social media accounts on three different sites, two of which I had never used before, plus normal everyday life struggles. I actually stopped drawing the comic twice because of that but I'm trying to regain the workflow I used to follow. Now, some updates about the project: It's also available on the Akaya App, a mexican version of WebToon
I was afraid to promote my comic as "inspired on MML" because I thought that people would think it's a rip-off, but then I saw other projects that do it without hesitation and people generally receive them with open hands, so I'm going to promote it freely everywhere I can.
Here's some more art of the comic:
That's all for now, if you have any comments, questions or suggestions about the comic feel free to ask them here or in my social media accounts, @quetzalandroide on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Thanks for reading!

That's always a tricky question for me, just remembering the trilogy makes me instantly think I like all of them equally, but if I had to choose one I would say my favorite is Legends 2, it's the one I replayed the most both in English and Japanese, I like the whole Elysium stuff, the mystery of The Master System and I love the mother units concept and characters, in my opinion the Reaverbots are more cool and intimidating on this game and the variety of the themes on ruins makes it less repetitive, forget about the Nino ruins and it's a perfect game.

There's definitely a striking resemblance between the upper cities and sub-cities, it might be because the upper cities were built after the lower cities, here's my theory: Long before the carbons were created, the first (?) creations of The Master were the Prototype Anthro Units, they probably were put on Terra to prepare the planet for the return of the people living on Elysium (but that's another theory for another time) so the PA units used to manage the underground facilities, now called "ruins" since the atmosphere was probably hazardous for them (I imagine the Prototype Anthro units were the 'alfa' versions of advanced androids such as Yuna, Sera and Trigger himself, meaning they had the necessity to breathe, eat and such...) they built the underground cities, since the PA were programmed to have some sort of human emotions they decided to build a holographic ceiling so they can enjoy the starry sky. When the world above them turned habitable again, the Prototype Anthro units began building the upper cities, The Master created the carbons and put them on those cities and they lived hundreds of years, the PA units were probably put to sleep because their job was done. Right after any reinitialization the new carbons had to rebuild the city, that's why there are some differences on the original structure of the buildings. After The Master died, there were no more reinitializations, no more orders to give to the carbons, so they stopped rebuilding the outside walls and concentrated on building other stuff and technology. That's my take on the matter, what do you think about it?

I'm not sure if my current project qualifies on this list but I think I'll drop some links in case you think it does. My old project was "The Master System" a game featuring Yuna and Sera, it is now cancelled but you can still find the demo in Sky Pirate Arcade: arcade.legends-station.com/?sp=mastersystemI decided to turn that game into my own IP and presented the new concept in webcomic form, it is called "Autonoma Mekanika Spirito" The world, setting and characters had to be modified a little but there are still some nods and references to identify where are they inspired from, the story is practically the same I wrote for The Master System, and my goal is to turn this project back into a game. You can find the comic here: sites.google.com/view/quetzal-andr0ideSynopsis: The world is threatened by a species of bio-mechanical creatures known as "Autonoma", it is the duty of the exterminators to keep them at bay. One of these groups is formed by the androids Luna and Sol, they try to prevent the destruction of their civilization, just like the previous one disappeared hundreds of years ago.
