They are feaking invincable, you can squash them, blow them up, shoot them ballisticaly, throw them, burn them. Then when they take all that punish ment, they get back up and as if nothing happened to them, what are they made out of?

maybe that metal stuff that the hardhats are made of. Servebots and birdbots never seem to die...kindly of like Zero. No matter what you do they keep coming back. Well whatever they are made of they are one (or 40) bad mother Trucker.

They're cartoon(I don't like saying that word much) characters, therefore, they never die, no matter how much punishment they receive. O course, MML is a game, therefore, the player's character and non-main characters can die. That is, unless there is something in the script, then an important character may die.

They're Bonnes also, and Bonnes in general take a licking and keep on ticking.
Besides the pilotable robots. They take a licking and then promptly cease ticking and explode. I really count the pilotable robots as a different thing altogether than Bon and the Servbots, just because, you know, they don't think and talk like family members. If you really can say that Bon "talks."
I'd actually imagine they're made of fairly cheap stuff, since Tron acts like she used what she had to make them. I'm lead to think that because of the instance where she says she didn't have the money to get all of the Servbots the red head parts.

Invincible metal, like the Mettool's hats and the sniper Joe's shields. i also think she made the torso of Bon's robot that way.

Snarls and snails and puppy dogs' tails. Except for Number Forty. He was made out of an old, broken MixMaster.

Plus the birdbots never seem to die either but whatever Tron makes them out, she should make all of her machine just like them.

The Servbots are more than just mechs though, Tron poured a heart and soul into each and every one of them. Like Aim said, they got the Bonne spirit in 'em. They really want to do a good job for Miss Tron because they love her, which is just oh-so-cute(except in the case of #40, that's just downright creepy). Did I just say that? I shouldn't post when I'm drunk; can't imagine how insane I'd be then(*bah-dum, bing!*). ..nothing? geez, rough crowd..

Snarls and snails and puppy dogs' tails. Except for Number Forty. He was made out of an old, broken MixMaster. Heh heh. I'd have to go with the stronger metal theory , Tron was able to do quite a bit of work when Tiesel took out that 1 million zenny loan from Loath. So all I can think of is that it's an alloy stronger than the one used to construct most of the Gesellshaft, since aside from them being burned, blasted, etc. Tron also tortures them when they get too lazy, so I'm led to believe that she knows the relative tolerences of the servebots' material when building the torture chamber and using it in kind. It's no good torturing them straight if they die in the process. Then again, that might be too late since she already had the servbots while she was overseeing construction on the Gesellshaft in the ending.
