I'm finding it hard to fend off enemies with the Bonne Bazooka in MoTB. Especially the snakes. In particular, I can't get past the room with the three snakes that you have to go through to get to the crack in the wall that hides the Attack Cube. Thanks for your help.

Well, let me think. The best way I can think of to beat the snakes is probably to circle. Since running with the bazooka requires you to stop sometimes when firing, a good idea is to be very careful firing. If you're not, you will stop, and then you'll get pummeled by lasers.
It might help just to improve your Gustaff. I know you can't get lithium yet, but if you can find a good way to increase your health or develop a few E. Bottles, you can take enough hits so that it won't matter.
Anyways, I wish I could think of something you probably hadn't already thought up, but the only thing I can really offer you is to believe in the circle strategy. It never fails.

i stay away from nakkai until i get all the snipers and servbot 22 (ramming, my favorite) that way your weapons are alot stronger, and when you get the bazzooka you can kill the snakes in two shots when you have all five snipers (might be six, not sure)

What I do in MoTB is bulk up my servbots as high as I possibly can in the Speed and Attack department, and take all the ones with combat abilities. Then I don't even fight, I just fire beacon bombs and let the Servbots do all the work for me, firing a bazooka shell or two if I get bored.

I usually take the bazooka for opening new paths, so far I've only found 3 of them, then going back after collecting bits of zenny, but for the most part, upgrading the gustaff armor, improving the energy and taking a few E bottles will help if things get hairy. Plus, the machine gun is pretty reliable in a pinch. Also, on the early missions, take servebots 30-34 with you to improve thier brains. Thier R & D skills will expedite improvements. You can also reduce costs by incorporating parts you've found and/or stolen from the police cars when you in the bankrobbing missions, just beacon bomb them and the servebots will strip them down to the frame.

Upgrade the bazooka to her maximun capabilities, equip it and go to nakkai, when you comfront the snakes you can lock them on and shoot them, if you can't lock on because you'rew nervous walk around in circles shooting at them, you'll se that when the bazooka explosives hit the ground they'll do damage to the snakes, piece of cake

i think speeding up the bazooka or bulking up the servbots works well, but the servbots arnt much use against the nakkai guardian (at least i dont think so)
like on the final mission since you can have any servbot (depending which you chose) as sniper, if you choose #22 you can max out all his stats to the absolute max, SUPERBAZOOKERRRR
