But its not a gameover, its more like a continue. I think maybe they decided the game didn't need a gameover and never used the music.

Well, I recently played through the first part of MoTB and, after having Teisel try to get personal with a reaverbot, found a game over.
... In the form of a little pathetic yellow-tannish text box with nothing special. It just says "Game Over." and gives you an option to either try again or call it quits.
You can't kill the Bonnes, I swear! They have to be immortal or something. (No wonder Tron was not very interested in the Elixir of Youth.) They're like some kind of foot fungus that always seems to grow back!
... Of course, the Bonnes are more lovable than foot fungus anyway.

I did that, but the music doesn't play, and it does that near the end in the game also, but no music. we were trying to find the music right. I've tried losing on every mission but can't find the game-over music.

Hope it's not considered bumping this topic, but... >.>
I'm pretty sure this music plays after you beat Glyde at Nakkai ruins. After the game returns to the Gesselschaft, right before the options menu to the top right opens, this music plays. Soon before, I think one of the servbots says "Shall we make dinner for Master Teisel and Master Bon Bonne tonight?" and Tron says something along the lines of "Not tonight- but keep their places ready!" Been a while since I played.
*cue the music piece!!* Rawr.
Eh heh. Just wanted to bring that up! ^^;; *scurries off*

Well, good observation DuckRiderGlyde, you might just be on to something. At first I thought you might be talking about the "The Wrecked Gustaff" theme, but that just plays when Tron arrives and finds Teisel and Bon missing and the poor little kobun crying, but then I listend to the game over theme while reading the quote you provided and I rembered that theme wich I had forgotten. The game over theme is called, "We'll get Them Back", and considering what happened to Bon and Teisel, this makes sense. The song which plays during that scene and the game over theme sound very similar, so you may just be right, but I'll have to replay the game to confirm this. It has been quite a while since I played TMoTB. It might have origianlly been the game over theme, but they (Horyama Torishihiko I think) might have decided to elaborate on it a little and make it the theme used during that scene instead of it being the game over theme, and then just forgot to change this on the CD playlist. I remeber that theme now, and I rember wondering why it wasn't listed with the others. It certainly would explain what happened to it. Good job ;D.

Thanks! Glad to be of help. I had to go download the piece after seeing the amount of conversation it spawned. XD
I just vaguely remembered it. I should've probably rummaged around to find my copy of MoTB before posting, but I'm still pretty sure I have it right. But for it to be the game over theme, that's a different story. The title does make perfect sense for that particular scene, though, so perhaps it's just one of those little mysteries we'll never know the answer to. Or maybe it's one of those things that are too simple to figure out. It'll be the last reason everyone thinks of! XD That's the way things work.
Oh my, quite a long post there. XD
Anyhoo, glad I could help out! ^_^
