That's a neat piece of artwork. From what I know of it, Sound Rangers is an iOS rhythm-based game, so the team that worked on that drew the picture.

With what little reference we have to the motorhorse designs and basic architecture, this seems pretty accurate in my opinion.

What exactly does it run on? Knowing Roll, it'd be Volnutt's blood, sweat and tears condensed into fuel cells. ...Meaning that in order to actually use the motorhorse, Volnutt would need to be present. MML3 CONFIRMED!

All machines run on quantum refractors, remember? If we were to assume your hypothesis as fact, that would mean that ALL refractors are made from Volnutt's blood, sweat, and tears. Which also means the Terran economy, thirteen years after the loss of their moneymaker, is probably on the verge of collapse. They're using up a non-renewable resource to power these machines. And since the Casketts were so close to the source of the world's currency, that would also mean that she and Barrell are the 1%. No wonder she's riding around on a single-person Terran version of a segway. Of course, this isn't the first time Roll's been depicted piloting single-person vehicles that are probably only available to the excessively wealthy, either. I bet she's running the whole Refractor Cartel now.

Au contraire, mon cheri. Whilst you're definitely on the right track with Roll running the Refractor Cartel, I must segue this train of thought into a new station. Yes, the girl is manipulative and cunning, but you clearly underestimate her. The true purpose of creating these fuel cells was the defeat the necessity for quantum refractors on the entire planet. Thus giving Roll a monopoly on this (technically) renewable fuel. Imagine the capabilities! She could singlehandedly consolidate a massive powergrab and achieve complete economical/global domination.
