For someone who is just learning you're doing a great job. I don't think I have time for participating in this texturing thread, but there has been discussion about doing something similar to see if anyone would like to get involved with TLT. People who haven't had any experience with 3D modeling may never consider texturing as a way they could help if not presented to them. How about once you feel comfortable with how you unwrapped this model (or Horokko), you post the texture here and let people modify it (polka-dots, flames, whatevs). That would be a good test run to get the ball rolling.
Showing you how to rig may prove problematic. Blender may work in a different way then 3DS Max, so all I could really do is show you a finished product. There is a Horokko on the resources page already, but I like your interpretation and would like to see it there as well. Would you like to take a look to see how it was rigged? Since it's a .blend file, I'll have to convert it first.

it is more proper to post my texture on this thread. i think you are right. how about sending the model mesh on 3ds format or etcs.... to you ? as i'm not good at rigging i think the fastest way for my model to be rigged is sending the mesh to people who can do rigging and that is you! if you have time for rigging, i will finish some minor fixes to make it resemble closely to the original models. don't worry i will learn rigging and animation in 3ds max asap and make myself independent from your rigging skills. 100% finished model. looks pretty gigantic. calamity is now done.

Alright, I might have time to rig one model tomorrow. To be honest, rigging a reaver is the easiest part. On people or anything organic you have to give each vertex a weight to which it will follow a certain bone (called weight painting). Just send a .3ds file over private message. Blender can open those files.
