*Elaborate Introduction Title* ...That'll Work

I've been around a while and posted a few things, but I never clicked on the Rules & Introductions section, because I thought it would be all boring formalities.  I suspected "Introductions" meant the forum welcoming newcomers with a couple unreplyable threads, not newcomers welcoming themselves.  Live and learn! *blushing servbot emoticon that's smiling and chuckling while rubbing the back of its head.*  Just call me Josh.  Saying the whole thing just doesn't have good flow.

I have a goatee 86.37% of the time these days.

I like putting bracketed statements within my parentheses and using overly-specific percentages.

I used to enjoy doing absolutely nothing in my free time.  Following my sophomore year in college, I no longer do.  Now I'm like the bus in that movie Speed.

Birthday/Location: I'm... 23?  no, 22...? yeah.  Birthday: March 6, 1990.  Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama.

Music: Anything lively except for country. I live in a country song, why would I want to hear more?

Lifetime Goals: Invent warp drive (or equivalent).

Shoe Size:  ~11

I picked up 3D modeling just before helping out with TLT (May or June 2012 I think [my life is a bit of a blur to me]).  I probably wouldn't have gotten very far without having TLT as a goal-setter.  Count on me staying with the project to completion even if my presence in the forums isn't constant.

Don't think of me as an artist.  Think of me more as an amalgamation of gears and springs that takes in concept art, breaks it down into a massive table of parameters, and derives a 3D shape out of it.

Dashe  ¿Que?  Lol, the Megaman model is an ongoing project that never seems to be finished.  Maybe one day he'll be in a game.  I would very much like one of these IDs that make forum people take Josh seriously, and perhaps some shiny badges so Josh look extra cool d(⌐■_■)b

Good one, Dashe! An Josh... That was totally a Kattelox Police Officer Line; one of the very first things you hear when you crash land on the island in Legends 1. Surely you remember that?

Fiddlesticks!  Failed my first test.  I haven't had a chance to play in a while, so I'm a little rusty.  Gotta make time for the things that matter.  The first model I was commissioned to make was actually a policeman.

As for an eye-candy extravaganza, it may be more slow in coming than what I could manage last summer.  I'm making an attempt at advancing my skill so I can turn out more complete models.  The four main aspects of a character are 3D mesh, rigging, texture, and animations.  I've only been doing the first two, but I feel like I can be a much bigger help if I give complete work (maybe work that needs a couple small touch-ups).

And It also delivers a much more Impressive result.
