After watching Wreck-It Ralph, I realized something. I don't care. I don't care if Capcom crumbles or succeeds with or without MegaMan. I don't care if we never get Legends 3, if we never get to see the Blue Bomber and friends again, if people burn the franchise and bury its ashes. I don't care. If a psychopath kills my family, if a drug dealer pumps lead into my skull, if the human race itself ceases to exist. I don't care. I won't care. I say this with a smile because I know nobody cares what I say. Nobody ever has, nobody ever will. Caring is an illusion, as is all existence. We are created from dust and exist only to inevitably return to the dust from wence we came. Would anyone care if any of us were to drop from the face of the earth? Only our loved ones, but they are only one billionth of one percent. The answer is no. But guess what? I don't care.

Now, aren't we getting angsty?
So, how did you realize all this?

Call it angst if you must, I don't care. I realized that it doesn't matter anymore. MegaMan? Street Fighter? Resident Evil? Devil May Cry? It's all the same noise to me now that I think about it. Who cares? Not me. Games be games, and accept their fate. If they are cancelled, nobody can object. We are no different. Humans be humans, and accept their fate. If we die, nobody can object. Who are we, to think that we could get others to change their minds? Who are we, to think that we could get Capcom to change their minds? We have no power to change a game's cancellation, as we have no power to change a person's death. Are you about to argue with petitions being like doctors? Go ahead. Amuse us all. But guess what? I don't care.

I can't tell if this is supposed to be poetry, lyrics, or just incessant whining. :40:
Bowen, it's time for a man-talk. Since you're quite obviously the epitome of apathy right now, I won't have to sugarcoat my words. Ready? Here goes.
Why the hell are you comparing a video-game to the life of a human being? They're not equal, so don't even kid about that sort of thing. Seriously. And what is with the sudden nihilistic view on life, huh? You're acting as an unnecessary source of melodrama and frankly, it's a pain in the ass. For me, and for everyone. Y'know what? I'm going to tell you this next part with the least amount of malice as humanly possible.
Grow up! Seek help if you're so damn depressed. Making posts like these, and then claiming that nobody "cares" is pretty accurate. You've been acting like the Little Boy Who Cried Wolf. After the 145,098th time, we're obviously going to be burned out from another one of your little pity parties.

I applaud you, sir. Not that I care. But depressed? I think not. I've never been happier in all my existence. To be honest, falling into the depths of insanity has taught me something. Everything comes to and end at some point. Everything exists only to be destroyed at the end of their usefulness. Let's face it. Life is meaningless. Birth, breathe, then die. That's it. Humanity was created to destroy and be destroyed. Embrace insanity and you will see what I see.

"Falling into insanity" has taught you that everything comes to and fro? That's something your parents should have taught you, dear.
Thanks for the dose of realism, but your thread's come to an end. The fact that you virtually shrugged off Kyle's post isn't making your insanity look any more sane to us. Try rereading it, and maybe try following his advice.
Locking this thread, not that you care.
