I got MML2 to play it on ePSXe. When I press the L1 button, it's like It's holding the Circle button at the same time, no matter which controller configuration I use. The 1st time I played it, it was the same but I forgot about that. I'm playing it now, still having the same issues.
Anyone else having such issues, and is there some solution for this?

You could re-configure the controls and make sure only one button is pressed while doing so. What happened to you is probably a small problem where two buttons were pressed at the same time while configuring the emulator, thus rendering controls iffy. As I previously mentioned, this is not the 1st time this to happen. On the same emulator I passed Megaman Legends 1 without an issue, but Megaman Legends 2 seems to have that problem. It's the SLUS version, I got the SLES version, and that one doesn't seem to have that particular issue, so I'll stick with that one.

I've had this happen to me on occasion while using the keyboard. Never found a solution besides switching to a gamepad.

Yeah, it's only with the keyboard, but I'm playing on my Netbook while traveling, I don't pack a gamepad

Hah, I dunno, I'm really used to the Classical Playstation controller. Can't play a PSP, X-Box, GameCube, or others, it's the PS for me, or a decent replica

The converters can be found on Amazon, and are super cheap.
